    Hull City 0-0 Watford

We've had a meaningful shot on the Watford goal, Sam Clucas shanking an effort wide from the edge of the area.

An untidy moment but it nevertheless suggests Hull are coming into this.

    Hull City 0-0 Watford

Watford are pinging a few long balls forward today. They obviously think they can get in behind Hull's centre-half pairing of Ranocchia and Maguire, neither of whom is the quickest.

    Hull City 0-0 Watford

Better from Hull as they finally work a crossing chance down the right from Elmohamady but Watford clear.

Down the other end a minute later it's Harry Maguire's chance to impress, crowding out Troy Deeney to end a Watford counter.

    Hull City 0-0 Watford

Still nothing from Hull as an attacking force.

Marco Silva moaned last week that his team did not get going in the first 10 minutes - we are seeing the same pattern again here.

    Hull City 0-0 Watford

    More evidence of Hull nervousness.

A long ball forward should really have been collected by Jakupovic with Maguire imploring his keeper to come, but in the end the captain has to clear for another needless corner.

Hull have settled down after that early fright. They need cool heads out there today.

  7. Nearly a nightmare start for Hullpublished at 1 min

    Hull City 0-0 Watford

Wow. Almost a ridiculous moment in the first minute for Hull there. Harry Maguire tries to play the ball back to Eldin Jakupovic but it's nowhere near his goalkeeper and the ball goes just past the post for a corner, which luckily for Maguire comes to nothing.

    Nervous, chaps?

Hull have every chance of escaping relegation, but consider the fantastic turnaround that's taken place at that club.

Marco Silva has had such an impact, and to my mind the Tigers have a much better chance than Swansea of beating the drop.

Hull City v Watford (15:00 BST)

    Mark Lawrenson
    Former Liverpool defender

Watford already look safe after last week's win over Swansea took them to the 40-point mark.

Hull still have work to do but they will be confident of winning this game because of their home record under Marco Silva.

    Prediction: 2-1

"It is normal pressure - big pressure, yes, but all the teams have pressure. It is important you feel comfortable with the pressure
