  5. 'Crystal Palace? Woeful'published at 14:26 British Summer Time 6 May 2017

    Manchester City 5-0 Crystal Palace

    Danny Mills
Ex-England defender at Etihad Stadium for 5 live Sport

Far too easy for Manchester City all throughout the game,  because Crystal Palace never turned up. City dominated, holding onto the ball and, once they went 2-0 up just minutes after the break, the result was never in doubt.

City never pushed very hard and, if we're honest, they've won this game comfortably playing at 75%.

    Crystal Palace? Woeful.

Burnley v West Brom (15:00 BST)

Burnley and England defender Michael Keane misses his first Premier League game of the season, with Kevin Long replacing him.

Clarets boss Sean Dyche otherwise sticks with the same side that won at Crystal Palace last Saturday.

    Burnley XI

Marc Wilson makes his debut for the Baggies at left-back, having joined on loan from Bournemouth in January.

He is one of four changes for West Brom, who also bring in Darren Fletcher, James McClean and 18-year-old Sam Field.

All over at the Etihad Stadium, where Manchester City have thumped Crystal Palace 5-0.

That's bad for Palace but, looking on the bright side, it means we have already had more goals than last Saturday.

Craig Shakespeare names an unchanged Leicester side from the team that won 1-0 at West Brom last Saturday.

Only two changes for Watford from their side that began the 1-0 defeat by Liverpool on Bank Holiday Monday. Christian Kabasele and Stefano Okaka come in for Miguel Britos and Troy Deeney. Deeney, without a goal in four matches, is among the substitutes.

Watford: Gomes, Prodl, Mariappa, Kabasele, Amrabat, Cleverley, Doucoure, Capoue, Janmaat, Okaka, Niang. Subs: Deeney, Success, Behrami, Zuniga, Pantilimon, Eleftheriou, Pereira.

  11. Palace back in trouble?published at 14:16 British Summer Time 6 May 2017

    Hull v Sunderland (15:00 BST)

Just when I thought they were out...they pull me back in!

Sam Allardyce and Crystal Palace looked all but safe a week or two ago but they were hammered 5-0 at Manchester City this lunchtime.

Wins for Hull and Swansea this afternoon would leave the Eagles precariously placed.

    Hull v Sunderland (15:00 BST)

Unsurprisingly, Hull manager Marco Silva is keen to keep a settled side as the Tigers bid to avoid relegation.

The Portuguese boss is helped by no new injury worries, which means he makes just one change to the side which drew at Southampton last week.

Striker Abel Hernandez comes in for Evandro, who drops to the bench.

With Sunderland already relegated, David Moyes might be training one eye on the future by handing a start to young midfielder George Honeyman.

The 22-year-old replaces Steven Pienaar in one of three changes, with right-back Billy Jones and Jason Denayer also being recalled.

    Bournemouth v Stoke (15:00 BST)

Bournemouth make two changes to the side that started in the 1-0 win at Sunderland.

Striker Lys Mousset makes his first Premier League start - replacing the injured Benik Afobe. And Junior Stanislas starts in midfield in place of Ryan Fraser, who is on the bench.

Stoke boss Mark Hughes recalls forward Mame Diouf to the starting XI.

The Senegal player replaces striker Saido Berahino, who is a substitute.

That is the only change from the side that started in the draw against West Ham last week.

  20. Swansea to come unstuck against Toffees?published at 13:56 British Summer Time 6 May 2017

    Swansea v Everton (17:30 BST)

Swansea City have never won a home league game against Everton - and there's never been a better time to start.

Paul Clement has done an extremely good job to give a dispirited squad some hope after the - in football terms - catastrophic spell under Bob Bradley.

However, you still feel that they might need to squeeze every last point from their remaining games against Everton, Sunderland and West Brom.

It might just be a good time to play Everton, whose primary target of qualifying for Europe has been achieved and for whom a top-four place is no longer realistically attainable.

Their season has been one of great promise, and with more money in the bank and a new stadium on the architects' drawing board, it's no wonder Ronald Koeman wants to stick around.
