    The second half, with added Andres Iniesta, kicks off.

  2. SUBSTITUTION

    Barcelona boss Luis Enrique hasn't been happy with what he's seen in that first half. Andres Iniesta and Sergi Roberto come on at half-time. Jeremy Mathieu and Denis Suarez lose out.

  3. Real Madrid defender Pepe fractured two of his ribs in the derby earlier today, after team-mate Toni Kroos ran into him.

    You would imagine that's him out of Wednesday's Champions League tie with Bayern Munich.

  4. In case you missed it earlier, Antoine Griezmann scored a late equaliser in the Madrid derby as Atletico held La Liga leaders Real 1-1.

    Real took a deserved lead when Pepe, who later came off injured, headed home Toni Kroos' free-kick.

    No injury time, Malaga lead deservedly at the break. Is this going to prove a crucial game in the title race?

  6. YELLOW CARD

    Ignacio Camacho takes down Lionel Messi and he gets booked. That is a relief for Barcelona after a good spell of Malaga attacking.

  7. Barcelona aren't having a great game defensively (or in attack either), they switch off again and Juanpi smashes a shot off target from a throw-in. Wake up lads.

  8. Jeremy Mathieu throws himself at a Barca corner but can't send it towards goal and Andre Gomes' weak effort is held by Carlos Kameni.

    This game is getting very niggly and Malaga's Federico Ricca joins the three Barcelona players already in the book for a lunging tackle on Samuel Umtiti.

    Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti is booked for his over-the-top protestations. It was his fellow Frenchman Jeremy Mathieu who was caught out so badly for that goal.

    Barcelona's defence totally switch off and Sandro - who left Barca for Malaga this summer - has all the space in the world before rifling the ball past Marc-Andre ter Stegen.

    Barca are livid, they think he was offside but he was actually on the halfway line when the ball was played forward.

  13. Roberto Rosales makes the shoulder barge of my dreams. Lionel Messi plays the ball through to Andre Gomes, who looks like he's just going to tuck it home. But out of nowhere, Rosales comes in from the side and sends Gomes flying. An excellent goal-saving tackle.

  14. Malaga are starting to play really well and Barcelona do well to clear a Juan Carlos cross.

  15. YELLOW CARD

    Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes over-complicates things for Barcelona and runs into trouble. He ends up fouling Ignacio Camacho.

    And now Barca forward Neymar is booked for doing his laces in front of the Malaga player trying to take the free-kick.

  16. Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen makes a total hash of clearing a back-pass and he passes straight to Recio. The Malaga man tries to send the ball back over the German but he got his angles all wrong and his shot goes out for a goal kick.

  17. Barcelona free-kick, Lionel Messi steps up but he curls the ball just over the bar. That's just a tester from the Argentine.

  18. It's not been the most action-packed start. Barcelona have had the only two efforts of the game so far.

  19. GREAT SAVE!

    A brilliant save by Carlos Kameni denies Luis Suarez the opener. Jordi Alba, on the halfway line, plays an excellent ball forward which splits the Malaga defence. Suarez controls it first time on his chest and then shoots but the keeper makes himself big to deny the Uruguayan.
