    Sporting Gijon 2-3 Real Madrid

It's all over. Real Madrid go six points clear at the top of La Liga - until Barcelona play Real Sociedad later anyway - thanks to Isco's last-minute goal.

They had to come from behind twice.

Sporting Gijon remain five points adrift of safety.

Thanks for joining us today for our live coverage of this game. See you in a couple of hours for the Barca game.

There were three minutes added on. We're towards the end of that now.

  4. goal

Isco surely wins game for Realpublished at 17:02 British Summer Time 15 April 2017

Real Madrid were in danger of giving Barcelona renewed title hope. But as the clock hit 90 minutes, Isco has probably won the game for the European champions.

He's been the star man today and this is his second goal.

Substitute Marcelo finds him outside the box, and the Spanish midfielder smashes it home into the bottom corner from 20 yards out.

  5. goal

GOAL - Sporting Gijon 2-3 Real Madridpublished at 90 mins

    Isco

A huge goal in the title race.

  6. YELLOW CARDpublished at 89 mins

Alvaro Morata got booked for something he said there.

  7. Postpublished at 89 mins

From the corner, Real Madrid want a penalty as the ball is kicked at Jean-Sylvain Babin's hand. That would have been very harsh.

  8. Postpublished at 88 mins

Marco Asensio has a shot deflected for Real Madrid. Corner.

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 87 mins

Sporting's Nacho Cases fouls Isco. Yellow card. But Ivan Cuellar is able to hold onto the resulting free-kick. Time running out.

  10. Postpublished at 85 mins

Real Madrid are pressing but Sporting Gijon's defence are holding firm.

  11. Postpublished at 81 mins

Real Madrid have a corner, we're into the final 10 minutes, but Mariano heads over the bar.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 79 mins

Sporting bring off goalscorer Duje Cop for Cameroon youngster Dani Ndi.

  13. YELLOW CARDpublished at 78 mins

Real Madrid are leaving gaps at the back but Sporting can't take advantage.

Sporting defender Isma Lopez is booked for a late challenge on Nacho.

  14. Postpublished at 74 mins

Real's James Rodriguez fizzes a shot wide from just outside the box. A draw isn't a disaster for Real Madrid, but a win would be a whole lot better...

  15. Postpublished at 72 mins

For a moment it looks like Isco might score a goal for the ages. He dances past a host of defenders with side-steps, maybe four or five, think that Zlatan Ibrahimovic goal in his Ajax days, but he eventually bites off more than he can chew and Sporting get the ball.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 71 mins

Real Madrid bring on once-capped Dominican Republic striker Mariano for Lucas Vazquez.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 69 mins

Sporting Gijon bring on Nacho Cases - one of my favourite names in football - for Moi Gomez.

  18. Postpublished at 66 mins

It's been a very open game. Moments ago, Real had the ball in the back of the net after hitting the post but they were offside.

And now Alvaro Morata forces a save from Ivan Cuellar with a header.

Chances at both ends as Danilo heads wide for Real Madrid and Isma Lopez curls an effort wide for Sporting.
