I make it 34 shots on goal in the four games in that first half, with just the one goal. Not a great completion rate.

That was Vardy at his best. I'm no goalkeeper but he has set himself very low which is giving Vardy the instruction to hit it first time.

If he stays high, it makes the striker think a little more but Vardy, in the form he's in, was never going to miss that.

So as it stands, Sunderland will not be relegated today.

Hull must better their result to send the Black Cats down.

Birmingham safe - as it stands....

St Andrews' is rocking. Birmingham, down to 10 men, have taken the lead against Huddersfield through Jonathan Grounds.

That could be a massive goal at the bottom. As it stands - with Blackburn and Nottingham Forest both drawing - Harry Redknapp's side are safe.

Still a long way to go though.

    Stoke 0-0 West Ham

West Ham had a right old scramble, with Jonathan Calleri trying to score a rabona from a tight angle but Bruno Martins Indi stood big and made the block.

It has been over three years since we had a Saturday afternoon without a first-half goal. The run continues.

Super slick finish in the end, you have to say. West Brom give the ball away on halfway, Shinji Okazaki is on it in a flash and feeds Jamie Vardy, who clinically clips beyond Ben Foster and into the back of the net.

Since Claudio Ranieri left Vardy has been brilliant again.

Almost the first goal of the day! First Jermain Defoe has a shot deflected into the side netting and then at the other end Josh King beats Jordan Pickford but not Donald Love on the goal-line.

    Leeds two down to Norwich

    Nelson OliveiraImage source, Rex Features

Leeds' play-off dream is looking increasingly far-fetched. Steven Naismith and Nelson Oliveira have put Norwich 2-0 ahead at Elland Road. While Fulham have been pegged back to 1-1 by Brentford at Craven Cottage, the top six will be out of reach for Garry Monk's side if the scores stay the same.

It is looking dangerous for Birmingham at the other end. The Blues are down to 10 men to Huddersfield after Che Adams' dismissal, having earlier seen Lukas Jutkiewicz's penalty saved. Below them, two points adrift, lurk Blackburn who are playing Aston Villa. The Holte End would not mind their side losing this one so much. It is currently scoreless.
