Aberdeen v Celtic (19:45 BST)
Aberdeen are 27 points adrift in the Scottish Premiership but will officially secure the runners-up place if they secure at least a draw tonight.
Celtic are unbeaten domestically this season in both league and cups.
Everton v Watford (19:45 BST)

This is the Toffees' final home game of the season, so they have some incentive to end such a good season at Goodison Park on a high note.
Plus they are against a Watford side that are almost certainly safe - yes, Hull can still get 40 points too but the Hornets' goal difference is much better.
It might also be the last time we see Romelu Lukaku at Goodison as an Everton player - that looks like it will be one of the transfer stories we will hear a lot about this summer.

Sreeraj: Chelsea have goal scorers all over the pitch. I think only Azpilicueta and Coutois in their usual first team didn't score.
Viv: Chelsea had the advantage of playing in fewer competitions but they dominated majority of games played & deservedly won!
Alex Maynard: Chelsea will win the league because Arsenal beat them 3-0 forcing radical tactical changes which paid off
Assist for Wenger?
West Brom v Chelsea (20:00 BST)
For fans in our younger demographic, here's a reminder of what Stamford Bridge looked like in 1992.
Yes, they did used to park cars behind one of the goals...

I am not sure I can see Chelsea's key players and Antonio Conte leaving.
I don't think Roman Abramovich is the type of man to allow his club to be picked apart. I think one or two may leave.
The job Conte has done, the way he has managed has been fantastic. A lot of Chelsea fans will think it is a tragedy for him to leave but it is almost becoming the Chelsea model, to keep a manager for two or three years and move on.
I am confident Conte will stay one or two years and he is using the rumours at Inter as a contract negotiator.

Only Liverpool and Chelsea have won at Goodison Park in the Premier League since Ronald Koeman arrived, and the Everton boss will want that record intact after their final home game of the season.
A win would see Everton record their highest points tally at home in 27 years and end a run of one point from nine before they embark on their summer recruitment drive.
Having lost five consecutive away games without scoring a single goal, Watford don't look one of their more problematic opponents.
The season has faded away for Walter Mazzarri's side and, with Chelsea and Manchester City still to play, they will be thankful that their points are already on the board.
West Brom v Chelsea (20:00 BST)
West Brom make just the one change from their 2-2 draw with Burnley.
Marc Wilson drops to the bench and is replaced by Allan Nyom at the back.
West Brom: Foster; Dawson, McAuley, Evans, Nyom; Brunt, Livermore, Fletcher (c), Field, McClean; Rondon.
Subs: Myhill, M Wilson, Yacob, Morrison, Chadli, Leko, Robson-Kanu.
Chelsea stick to a winning formula - there are no changes from their 3-0 win over Middlesbrough.
N'Golo Kante is fit but has to settle for a place on the bench, with Cesc Fabregas keeping his place in midfield. A big call?
Chelsea: Courtois; Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Cahill (c); Moses, Matic, Fabregas, Alonso; Pedro, Diego Costa, Hazard.
Subs: Begovic, Zouma, Terry, Ake, Kante, Willian, Batshuayi.

I don't see how Chelsea don't win the league tonight.
They have far too much in front of them with the outcome of winning the game and winning the league.
Chelsea are playing far better than West Brom. Six months ago this was a tough place to come but over the last few months it has not been as smooth for West Brom.
I can't see anything but a Chelsea win.

Chelsea
Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte: "I have a contract with Chelsea for two more years.
"It is logical when you start work in a new club for the will to be to continue to work and try to improve your work in many years, and for sure this is my will.
"But now the most important thing is to reach our target.
"To arrive at this moment, with this great opportunity, we worked very hard for the whole season and now it's important to be ready and try to take this step and then to celebrate together."
Everton v Watford (19:45 BST)
Everton
A strange time to announce this but - Everton winger Kevin Mirallas has penned a new deal. He starts tonight too.

A Chelsea win tonight would mean that The Hawthorns would become the 16th stadium to play host to the deciding game in a title race.

West Brom head coach Tony Pulis: "We're doing our damnedest to make it a competitive game and a good game. I don't think Antonio Conte will expect anything different.
"You've got to give Antonio and the players great credit for having a chance of lifting the double. They deserve to be where they are.
"They've been the most consistent team in the league this year and they come to our place with a chance of winning it.
"We'll give it our best. We're still chasing a points tally that will keep us in eighth position, so we have a lot to play for."
Everton v Watford (19:45 BST)
Ross Barkley, who has been set a deadline to make a decision over a new Everton contract, is back in the Toffees line-up.
He comes in to replaces England Under-20 international Dominic Calvert-Lewin in attack, while Morgan Schneiderlin is back in midfield in place of Gareth Barry and Joel Robles displaces Maarten Stekelenburg in goal.
Watford also shuffle the pack with Troy Deeney getting a run-out in attack in place of M'Baye Niang.
Tom Cleverley is unavailable against his parent club so Valon Behrami comes into midfield and Jose Holebas is preferred to Nordin Amrabat.
West Brom v Chelsea (20:00 BST)

Anil Katwal: Chelsea will win the title because they got a point to prove after disastrous last season
William Darling: Chelsea will win the title because Conte has brought the best out of very talented players
Chris S in Leamington Spa: Chelsea will win the title because no European excursions and lack of challenge from the "traditional" top 4.

Big fan of someone naming Asmir Begovic (one PL appearance this season) as a reason for the title win.
