So mixed fortunes at the break for the division's new boys in Forest Green Rovers and Lincoln City.
FGR have a 2-0 lead courtesy of Christian Doidge's brace while Lincoln have seen a lead slip at Wycombe to trail 2-1.
Swindon are starting life back in League Two promisingly through Luke Norris' goal, while Port Vale have Michael Tonge and Anthony Kay to thank for goals at Crawley.
Just the six goals in the opening 45 minutes at Kenilworth Road. Luton have a 5-1 lead against Yeovil after they went behind on just seven minutes.

Ipswich 0-0 Birmingham
The game at Portman Road has only just reached half-time because of a nasty-looking knee injury to Andre Dozzell.
The midfielder was forced off on a stretcher to be replaced by academy graduate Flynn Downes.

- Wolves lead relegated Middlesbrough 1-0 thanks to a debut goal from Leo Bonatini.
- Bristol City were 3-0 up against Barnsley inside half an hour at Ashton Gate, Bobby Reid scoring twice.
- Championship new boys Sheffield United are ahead against Brentford thanks to Billy Sharp's 39th-minute strike.
- Fulham and QPR are also 1-0 up, but the other three games in the second tier remain goalless.

Bradford 1-1 Blackpool
There's been two goals in two minutes at Valley Parade.
Colin Daniel scored an instant leveller for the visitors after Nathaniel Knight-Percival had given the hosts the lead.
This match is going to finish a long time behind the others after Bradford full-back Adam Chicksen was stretchered off after a nasty collision.

Last year's National League champions Lincoln City are off and running with their first goal of the season at Wycombe.
Matt Green put the Imps ahead just after the half hour mark on his debut but the Chairboys have turned it round quickly to lead 2-1.
Forest Green have their first EFL goals courtesy of Christian Doidge at home to Barnet to put them 2-0 ahead.
Luton's goal rush continues meanwhile at home against Yeovil. Isaac Vassell has scored a brace within three minutes to put them 5-1 ahead before the break and that was after they fell behind on seven minutes.
Yeovil's misery is compounded just before half-time as Otis Khan has a penalty saved.

Former Premier League champions Blackburn Rovers are struggling to acclimatise to life back in League One, as goals from Ryan Leonard and Michael Kightly put Southend 2-0 ahead.

It's fair to say Norwich defender Russell Martin did not know much about it as he gave Fulham the lead.

A glut of early goals at Kenilworth Road on the opening day so far between Luton and Yeovil.
It's the Hatters who lead 3-1 inside the opening 25 minutes after falling behind early on to Otis Khan.
But, Luton have turned it around with strikes from Olly Lee, James Collins (above) and Alan McCormack.
Elsewhere, EFL new boys Forest Green Rovers and Lincoln City are currently goalless against Barnet and Wycombe respectively.

First Josh Brownhill struck the post for Bristol City, before George Moncur's effort cannoned against the crossbar for Barnsley.
Still 0-0, just as it is in our other nine second-tier games.
