Have Liverpool been anywhere near the opposition 18 yard line yet? They haven't got out of their own half at all.

    Cristiano Ronaldo (54 mins)

What's the record Champions League win?

There are still 35 minutes left in Cyprus. Karim Benzema is tackled by goalkeeper Nauzet Perez, the ball spins out to the left and Cristiano Ronaldo chases it down, you'd put money on him bringing the ball on to his right foot and facing up the defender but instead he clips a lazy left-footed finish into the net from 20 yards!

    Manchester City 0-0 Feyenoord

Kyle Walker overcooks a cross as Pep Guardiola growns more and more frustrated. Walker is then offside as he runs on to another fine Kevin de Bruyne pass.

If City do want a winner they have plenty of ammo on the bench...

    Sevilla 1-3 Liverpool

    Pat Nevin

The Sevilla goal is so similar to the two headed goals Liverpool scored in the first half. It is not over yet. The way Sevilla have started the second half, you can't quite breathe just yet.

  5. goal

GOAL - Sevilla 1-3 Liverpoolpublished at 50 mins

    Wissam Ben Yedder

    Surely not?

A double error from Alberto Moreno, those wanting Andrew Robertson in the side can pipe up again.

The Spaniard concedes a cheap free-kick down the left which allows Ever Banega to swing in the set-piece.

Striker Wissam Ben Yedder, who scored at Anfield, gets across Moreno at the front post to flick home a header into the far corner.

That has brought the home supporters back to life.

  6. goal

    Cristiano Ronaldo (49 mins)

Cristiano Ronaldo has so many talents that it's easy to forget sometimes just how good he is in the air. That's a stupendous header, up early and highest to meet Marcelo's cross and bury a header into the roof of the net.

    Quite brilliant.

    Harry Kane

The England combination does it for Spurs.

Dortmund defender Jeremy Toljan gives the ball away in his own half and his punished.

Dele Alli fizzes a pass into the feet of Harry Kane on the edge of the box.

The Spurs striker sets himself before drilling a low finish into the bottom corner. No chance for Roman Burki.

Six goals in five Champions League games for Kane now.

    Clobbered.

Lorius Karius steams off his line to take man - Pablo Sarabia - and the ball.

Excellent goalkeeping. Confident and decisive, what Liverpool have lacked in nets at times.

Steven: Big statement that Amrul (20:26)I hope that you have completed a thorough analysis on Sevilla across the years. The 1967-68 team were pretty bad too...They got relegated from La Liga.

lfcway: Liverpool should have destroyed Sevilla at home. But making up for it away.

Peter: A lot of hyped up Liverpool fans, this has been an incredibly awful performance from Sevilla.

  14. City need to find their sparkpublished at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 21 November 2017

    Man City 0-0 Feyenoord

    Chris Bevan
    BBC Sport at Etihad Stadium

Manchester City are already through to the last 16, but they still need to make sure of topping Group F and I suspect that first half performance was a little bit too casual for Pep Guardiola’s liking.

No need to panic, obviously, but City will have to find the missing spark after the break if they are going to make it 17 wins in a row.

On the plus side, they have a few candidates on the bench to do exactly that - David Silva, Gabriel Jesus and Phil Foden to name but three.

Oh, and it has finally stopped raining too. I bet the Feyenoord fans are already looking forward to their walk back to the city centre...

  16. 'Sliced open'published at 20:36 Greenwich Mean Time 21 November 2017

    Sevilla 0-3 Liverpool

    Pat Nevin
Ex-Chelsea winger in Seville for Radio 5 live

Liverpool can play much better than this, that is the most amazing thing about it.The Sevilla fans are in a state of shock, the players are as well.

They were done by pace, time and time again. A more correct score would be 5-2 to Liverpool.

It is oddly surreal but this team can be sliced open whenever Liverpool fancy it. It is 3-0 but that is the least the Reds deserve.

Philippe Coutinho has been absolutely outstanding for Liverpool tonight and you can see why he continues to be linked with Barcelona and PSG.

The Brazilian picks the ball up 25 yards out, but drills a low effort straight at Sergio Rico.
