Liverpool did half of the job over in Germany last week, now Jurgen Klopp has turned to the same 11 men to complete it.

The Reds boss names the same XI which started the first leg, meaning there is five changes from the side which edged past Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Three of those tweaks come in defence where centre-back Dejan Lovren, left-back Alberto Moreno and right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold - one of last week's goalscorers - replace Ragnar Klavan, Andrew Robertson and Joe Gomez.

Germany midfielder Emre Can is picked ahead of James Milner, while record signing Mo Salah starts instead of Daniel Sturridge.

Hoffenheim, who make two changes from the first leg, name Premier League players Serge Gnabry, Havard Nordtveit and Andrej Kramaric in their team.

Just over a week to go until the end of the transfer window.

Midfielder Philippe Coutinho has made it clear he wants to go, Liverpool do not want to sell.

Put yourself in Jurgen Klopp's shoes. What would YOU do?

Take the money and reinvest it back into the squad for new signings? Banish Coutinho to the reserves? Forgive the player and put him back in the first-team?

OK, it's not the Champions League proper.

Liverpool still need to negotiate their way through this play-off round if they are to reach the group stages of the competition.

But after a 2-1 first-leg victory in Germany, the Reds have put themselves in a strong position to put their name into the pot for Thursday's draw.

The riches of Europe's elite club competition within touching distance with the crowd behind Jurgen Klopp's side, this should be another famous European night at Anfield.
