Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino, speaking to Match of the Day: "Very disappointing because we did everything to win. We created chances and dominated the game but were a little unlucky.

"I am happy with the performance although it is another game we draw here at Wembley and that is no good.

"I like to talk about my team, we created a lot of chances to score. It is true after the draw to say well done to Swansea and congratulate them for taking a draw."

On Serge Aurier's penalty appeal: "It is so clear. What is not clear why Mike Dean justify in front of our players that it was handball but it was not handball. If you are not sure about the situation then why say it was handball? It was unlucky but we need to look at ourselves and try to be better next time and score before this situation.

"It was unlucky for us. We did not get the one penalty we deserved. In that situation the referee had a no good afternoon."

The point does nudge Tottenham ahead of Huddersfield in the table.

It still blows my mind seeing Huddersfield in the Premier League and it is even more amazing seeing them in the top six.

Credit to the Terriers, they are not looking out of place in the top flight so far.

Swansea manager Paul Clement, speaking to Match of the Day: "I am very proud of the players and the effort they put in to get the result. I said to be confident in your defending and if you do that, and are nice and compact, you can get a result here.

"I am confident in this group that if they execute what they did in training they can do well."

"We played a very good side that came off the back of a very good result in the Champions League."

On Renato Sanches: "Sanches is rebuilding confidence after a turbulent year at Bayern. We knew he wouldn't be lighting things up straight away here, he is getting used to the pace of the Premier League. It takes a bit of time to get up to speed."

Swansea midfielder Sam Clucas told BT Sport: "It's a big pitch and Spurs made it bigger, so we had to stay compact. We owed ourselves and the fans a performance after last week and we dug in.

"All the midfield helped each other. We had to do a lot of work without the ball and we had to dig in."
