    Tottenham 0-0 Swansea

Dele Alli's promising break into the box is halted by his old Tottenham chum Kyle Naughton. Spurs have picked up from where they left off, doing all the attacking at the moment, although it doesn't feel like a goal is coming. Lack of tempo from either side.

Christian Eriksen has a pop from distance but Lukasz Fabianski is behind it all the way.

Dele Alli is certainly seeing more of the ball in the deeper role.

Although Mauricio Pochettino has mixed things about tactically.

Moussa Sissoko has moved into the right back position, Kieran Trippier to left back with Son Heung-min moving alongside Harry Kane in attack. Dele Alli, meanwhile, has dropped into a deeper position.

Swansea have defended well all season apart from in the 4-0 against Man United.

They've been brilliant in the first half. The game plan has gone well, they've been compact in defence and restricted Tottenham. They've also looked half lively on the counter attack,.

They don't need to change too much but if they want to win they need to show a bit more quality going forward.

    Tottenham 0-0 Swansea

Swansea, meanwhile, did not manage a single shot on target in the first half. They have managed just two shots on target in total in the first halves of their last six Premier League games.

The players are back out on the pitch. Here's hoping for some goals in the second half.

    Tottenham 0-0 Swansea

For all Tottenham's possession they only really tested Lukasz Fabianski once in the first 45 minutes.

Spurs have now failed to score a first half goal in all three of their home Premier League games this season.

    All square at the break.

Tottenham the better side but Swansea will be happy to have kept their hosts mostly quiet.

A chance at the end of the half as Jan Vertonghen lets fly from distance but Lukasz Fabianski plucks the ball out of the air.

The big difference for Tottenham this evening of course compared to Wednesday night is that Swansea haven't come here to press high and have a real go at them like Dortmund did so Spurs have got to make all the running and try and break down a packed defence.

Swansea have weathered the early storm with Fabianski making those two early saves and since then he hasn't been tested.

I think that was a really good chance and Mike van der Hoorn probably should have done better.

If there is a weakness in this Tottenham side it's on set pieces. He just couldn't keep the header down.

An opportunity for Swansea to snatch the lead before the break. Mike van der Hoorn has a free header from a corner but puts it over.

Swansea are not going to get many chances, so when they do they have to make them count.

Tottenham are so confident in possession and they have such trust in each other's ability to keep hold of the ball.

    It's great football to watch.

Some more good work by Tammy Abraham as he does well to get himself out of a tight spot, shielding the ball from Son Heung-min before knocking it beyond Jan Vertonghen, but the Spurs defender pulls Abraham back and Swansea have the chance to build a rare attack.

Harry Kane has been quite quiet. He's done most of his work from outside the box, though he did have that shot earlier in the half.

Swansea will be delighted with how quiet they have kept him so far.

Only one real chance for Harry Kane - an early free-kick - otherwise he has been pretty quiet. The striker has had just one touch of the ball in the Swansea box.

    Could have gone anywhere!

Federico Fernandez dives in to deflect away Dele Alli's cross. He's clearly more concerned about getting his body in the way of the ball rather than where the ball ends up but fortunately for the Swansea defender it loops over his own bar.

Tammy Abraham does well there. He's fighting with Toby Alderweireld and he gets his body in between the ball.

That's relieved some pressure for his team.

Tammy Abraham will have to get stuck into some defending more than he perhaps would like today but he shows good strength to hold off Toby Alderweireld and break down a Tottenham attack.
