    Leicester 0-2 Man City

So Leicester are headed for a first defeat under new manager Claude Puel - in the Frenchman's third match in charge.

No shame in losing to this City side. They've been very good. Again.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 84 mins

    Leicester 0-2 Man City

Harry Maguire goes in the book for a tired looking challenge. Leicester seem spent.

Changes. Bernado Silva is on for Raheem Sterling for City.

Leicester switch it up with Shinji Okazaki replacing Vicente Iborra and Islam Slimani on for Riyad Mahrez. That's the sound of dice being chucked in a last-chance saloon.

Just under 10 minutes to go now. City are looking home and hosed.

I don't know if anyone's going to catch them. They have so much depth in the squad, they can cover in any position and I've not seen a team like this in a very long time. I think this run will continue and it's very enjoyable to watch. They look unstoppable.

  9. Postpublished at 76 mins

    Leicester 0-2 Man City

Ooooh, another Leroy Sane cut-back from the left that flies across the Leicester box.

The home side are still yet to produce a proper reply to this, and you can just sense the home fans' fading.

  10. CLOSE!published at 71 mins

    Leicester 0-2 Man City

A Raheem Sterling one-two with David Silva, so quick the feet and minds, then Sterling's cut-back towards Gabriel Jesus is somehow kept out by a heap of Leicester bodies - goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel finally pawing the ball behind for a corner.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 68 mins

    Leicester 0-2 Man City

Kelechi Iheanacho has a point to prove against his former employers and is on in the place of Marc Albrighton.

Yet to score for Leicester in the Premier League.

  12. OFF THE LINE!published at 67 mins

    Leicester 0-2 Man City

Wilfred Ndidi believes. He drives a shot into a pair of City legs on the edge of the box, the ball pops up to Jamie Vardy in the box and he loops a header over the onrushing Ederson.

It's bouncing in... But Kyle Walker zooms on the scene and makes a fantastic last-ditch slide to clear the ball away.

But anyway - the flag was up - Vardy was offside.

    Leicester 0-2 Man City

David Silva is blowing hard now and it's not hard to see why. It's been a relentless effort full of dynamic invention and guile, as the Spaniard pops up again with a shot that is just deflected wide.

At 2-0 though, Leicester can still believe. Can't they?

  14. Postpublished at 63 mins

    Leicester 0-2 Man City

Effortless. Look it up in a dictionary and you'll see a GIF of Gabriel Jesus sliding past Wes Morgan. There's no rush, City are enjoying this now.

But Fernandinho then gets sloppy, Riyad Madrez slips in Jamie Vardy, who knocks the ball wide but is offside anyway.

A sign of a change in fortune for the Foxes?

  15. Postpublished at 60 mins

    Leicester 0-2 Man City

Raheem Sterling beats Christian Fuchs twice, then cuts back and takes him on a third time but loses the run of the ball and Leicester hoof it clear.

Nothing's sticking up top for the Foxes though. No matter how hard Jamie Vardy runs it just keeps coming back. City are in full control.

They're on course for a 16th consecutive win in all competitions - extending their own English record.

  16. Postpublished at 56 mins

    Leicester 0-2 Man City

Kevin de Bruyne's not a man short on confidence. No sir.

Kyle Walker opens himself out and knocks a first-time pass into the Belgian's path and naturally he looks to smash it home from about 40 yards.

After his goal today, you can't blame him for trying.

  17. CLOSE!published at 53 mins

    Leicester 0-2 Man City

David Silva fires just over the bar now as City again turn it up to 11. They started sloppily this second half but these past five minutes have been utterly sensational.

Leicester are reeling, clinging to the mast in this storm.

  18. 'Brilliant' De Bruynepublished at 16:10 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

Football is a cruel game at times and it was encapsulated there. Brilliant from De Bruyne. He drove it into the top corner and it shows the value of having a two-footed player like De Bruyne right there.

  19. CLOSE!published at 50 mins

    Leicester 0-2 Man City

And it really should the three!

Gabriel Jesus is found in the box as Leicester are run ragged at the back again - he's only six yards out from goal but can't contort his body around the ball to get good enough contact.

It's straight at Kasper Schmeichel, and Leicester, somehow, survive.

    Kevin de Bruyne

    Ohmyword.

What a sensational strike from Kevin de Bruyne.

The Belgian smashes it home from the edge of the box, ending Leroy Sane's cut-back and a lightning quick City counter-attack. Brutal.
