    Brighton 1-3 Liverpool

A chance for Mohamed Salah now for Liverpool, but it was a tame shot from the Egyptian. He's not been on top form for the visitors this afternoon.

And then Philippe Coutinho dances past three defenders and takes a shot, which is diverted wide by Lewis Dunk.

That's another one left on Harry Kane - Marvin Zeegelaar the offender this time. Watford are definitely targeting him.

Whenever a player holds his hands up like that you know he's guilty.

    Everton 1-0 Huddersfield

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Goodison Park

Huddersfield, so well organised and determined, are having to come out of their shell more and have already shown a greater threat.

Sam Allardyce is ordering Everton not to drop too deep, but they are being pushed back.

Gylfi Sigurdsson's goal was out of character with the rest of his performance, which had been dreadful, but the £45m man has made the contribution that mattered.

I cannot tell you how good a strike that is, when we talk about Wayne Rooney midweek and the ball coming at him at pace, this ball has pace on it. The power Doucoure puts on this, it rattles off the upright.

This game is so open, Spurs are looking to spring on the counter. It's wide open and end to end.

  7. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:21 Greenwich Mean Time 2 December 2017

    Watford 1-1 Tottenham Hotspur

A Watford corner is cleared but only as far as Abdoulaye Doucoure loitering in the Paul Scholes zone on the edge of the box.

Doucoure curls a brilliant effort that clatters the inside of the post and somehow stays out. Hugo Lloris just watches it bounce back into his life.

That would have been a contender.

  10. Postpublished at 16:18 Greenwich Mean Time 2 December 2017

    Everton 1-0 Huddersfield

A look at Wayne Rooney's touchmap shows how he's having to let others do the attacking. We know he can score from the halfway line but today he's looking less threatening and instead offering discipline as others around him get forward. So far, Wazza is yet to touch the ball in the area or even around it.

He's involved, with 34 touches. Huddersfield's Aaron Mooy is having more ball than anyone else out there with 56.

This is a really good spell for Swansea now. Moments ago Ryan Shawcross made a brilliant challenge to slide Leroy Fer out of danger in the box, but the ball just keeps on coming back.

Watford might be sensing just a third home win of the season already. Three points today draws them level with Tottenham.
