    Swansea 1-0 West Brom

West Brom pushing for an equaliser but they just have nothing in the final third.

Swansea looking good for a win that will move them off the bottom of the table.

    Burnley 1-0 Watford

More anger. The Watford bench are fuming after Richarlison is felled by a diving tackle from Phil Bardsley. They are still smarting from the decision to send off Marvin Zeegelaar.

Bardsley's tackle wasn't as reckless or dangerous, though.

  3. Bony 'opted for power'published at 16:45 Greenwich Mean Time 9 December 2017

    Swansea 1-0 West Brom

    Kevin Kilbane
Former Everton winger on Final Score

A bit of bravery from Bony to get to that ball for the Swansea goal.

He leathers that strike - he opted for power over precision. And he's fundamentally a goalscorer.

  4. Postpublished at 16:45 Greenwich Mean Time 9 December 2017

    Burnley 1-0 Watford

Five minutes to go at Turf Moor. The 10 men of Watford are still in it.

One chance. That is all they'll ask for. One clear-cut chance.

  5. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:44 Greenwich Mean Time 9 December 2017

    Huddersfield 2-0 Brighton

Two goal Steve Mounie goes off to a standing ovation. He is replaced by fellow striker Laurent Depoitre for the closing stages.

Tom Ince is also off for hosts. No goal for the forward but he's had a great game. Joe Lolley replaces Ince to make his Premier League debut.

Desperate Dan the Potter's fan: We're gonna win 6-5.

Stephen, NI: I think Mark Hughes has just reached his 'sell by' date.

Paul Duffield: It’s a relief to see us (Spurs) winning again but I do fear for Mark Hughes, his bigger signings over the last year or so look like they could cost him his job.

Andre Gray knows he needs to improve and there's more to come. I certainly see that in his game. His pace and power strikes fear into defenders but his technical ability and clinical nature needs to improve.

He's had a great start to his Watford career but he misses too many chances.

  8. Postpublished at 16:42 Greenwich Mean Time 9 December 2017

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Bournemouth

Scott Dann has his head in his hands because he knows he has just missed an absolute sitter, lashing over from close range.

There will be no hat-trick for Jermain Defoe as he is replaced by Callum Wilson for the final few minutes.

  9. Postpublished at 16:41 Greenwich Mean Time 9 December 2017

    Tottenham 5-1 Stoke

It says everything you need to know about this game that Tottenham are winning handsomely but Jack Butland has had a really good game. His latest top save is a diving one to deny Son another goal.

Seriously, Spurs could be 10-1 up here.

    Mark Schwarzer

Hugo Lloris has got to do better - when you come for the ball you've got to get there.

Instead it was a simple Ryan Shawcross header into an empty net, with Stoke at least now on the scoresheet.

  11. Postpublished at 16:39 Greenwich Mean Time 9 December 2017

    Burnley 1-0 Watford

Andre Gray is on to try and rescue his current side a point against his former side. As you'd expect, he receives a few boos.

  12. goal

GOAL - Swansea 1-0 West Brompublished at 16:39 Greenwich Mean Time 9 December 2017

    Wilfried Bony (81 mins)

    A goal for Swansea!

Who'd have thought it? They've had no bite all game but finally get the breakthrough as Wilfried Bony absolutely hammers the ball in from close range.

    No stopping that one.

GOAL - Tottenham 5-1 Stokepublished at 16:37 Greenwich Mean Time 9 December 2017

    Ryan Shawcross (80 mins)

This won't change anything for Stoke, but does at least make Ryan Shawcross goal neutral again in the game.

Hugo Lloris comes to try and punch out a corner but he doesn't make it and Shawcross heads in from amongst a group of players.

    Huddersfield 2-0 Brighton

And, like Swansea, Brighton also manage their first shot on target of the game, Jose Izquierdo hitting a tame effort from distance straight at Huddersfield keeper Jonas Lossl.

It's been a bad day at the office for Brighton.

  15. Postpublished at 16:36 Greenwich Mean Time 9 December 2017

    Mark Schwarzer
Ex-Chelsea & Leicester keeper at Wembley for 5 live Sport

Stoke have been really poor in this second half and Spurs have simply opened them up.

Eriksen made a great run and received the ball before placing the it into the corner. A good finish, nothing Jack Butland to do, and without being harsh Stoke have simply fallen apart.

Lee: Spurs just love playing against Stoke. Need an abacus to work out how many goals we have scored against them in the past few seasons.

Odera Ferd: Don't know what it is about Stoke that gets our boys going. Can we please play Stoke every week?

    Crisis over, Tottenham fans?

Joselu and Dwight Gayle will lead Newcastle’s line against Leicester at St James’ Park tonight. Jamaal Lascelles is only fit enough for the bench after weeks out. Leicester are unchanged.

  20. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 16:35 Greenwich Mean Time 9 December 2017

    Burnley 1-0 Watford

Burnley think they have the game in the bag as Ashley Barnes slots home but are outraged when the assistant's flag prompts a chat with Lee Probert that ends in the ref ruling the goal out.

Offside is the decision, against Barnes. Replays show that he was, but by a very small margin. Try telling that to the home fans, though.
