Well, what a cracking end to a game that looked like being an easy Watford win until the final few minutes... a huge three points for Carlos Carvalhal's Swansea.

What a chance for Andre Gray!

Richarlison clips a delightful little ball into the substitute's path to send him one on one with Lukasz Fabianski, but Gray fires straight at the Swansea stopper.

Good, solid punch from Heurelho Gomes to hammer away Tom Carroll's delivery from the free-kick.

But the visitors loft it back into the box and win a corner.

Renato Sanches takes, and both Alfie Mawson and Federico Fernandez can't connect with it!

The goalscorer heads off.

Andre Carrillo is replaced by Roberto Pereyra.

That's another...

Sebastian Prodl the recipient for a late tackle on Nathan Dyer, who has just come on.

Martin Atkinson has dished out more cards than my nan in the run up to Christmas

Abdoulaye Doucoure finds himself in the book for his reaction to a Jordan Ayew tackle.

Jordan Ayew rattled the crossbar in the first half.

He gets a chance to have another hit from a similar range after some neat build-up play from Renato Sanches, but this time cracks one out of the ground.

That one's heading for the Harlequin Centre.

Change for the Hornets.

Stefano Okaka has put in a decent shift and gets a rest. Andre Gray is his replacement.

The Richarlison foul count rises by another notch.

Kyle Naughton has brought the tricky forward down on several occasions this afternoon.

Tom Cleverley hoists it deep into the Swansea box on the angle, but Sebastian Prodl is pulled up for pushing his marker.

Going a bit stale, this one.

Watford need another goal to kill it off, Swansea need a goal to get back into it.

Neither look like scoring.

Andre Carrillo, the goalscorer, is down after a clash with Renato Sanches.

Bit of an awkward landing for the Watford man. He's back on his feet though, as the Hornets are forced to defend a scampering Sanches run into their half.

Watford use the free-kick to loft the ball into the Swansea box. A bit of head tennis eventually sees the Swans scramble it clear, and they then break through the pace of Luciano Narsingh.

Oli McBurnie, socks round his ankles, is called up for a foul though. Relief for the hosts.

Another foul on Richarlison. He's taken a few kicks today...

I'm not sure if Swansea have watched Watford this season, judging by how frequently Richarlison has found himself in space on the left and inside the visitors' penalty area.

Perhaps the Swans' analysts took Christmas off? Or are the players just not listening?

Molla Wague goes off, Sebastian Prodl comes on.

Ouchy. That looked a little naughty from Kyle Naughton on Stefano Okaka.

The Watford forward is furious that Naughton left a boot in and caught him with his studs on the knee.

A push here, a shove there, but it's quickly split up by referee Martin Atkinson.

Ahhh, infuriating for the travelling Swansea supporters!

Renato Sanches shows a glimpse of that huge potential with a lovely pass to Jordan Ayew, who skips inside the box but takes too many touches and allows Watford to recover.

He does however manage to shift a pass on to Luciano Narsingh, but the substitute again takes a touch too many and by the time he shoots it's a weak effort that is easy for Heurelho Gomes.
