With that, it's time for us to bid you farewell and thank you for joining us, on another bad night for Bolton and Sunderland, but a good one for Norwich, Preston, Bristol City and Aston Villa.

Do come back tomorrow at 19:15 for more EFL action. Until then, au revoir.

Andy Pearsall: Promotion for Villa this season looks like a cake walk.

Anthony Thornley: PNE staying quietly under the radar picking off teams.

Aatif Ehsan: Preston deserve that win. Hope we can be in the play-offs or hopefully champions.

Aatif thinking big, and why not? North End are a point off second place and only four off the top after tonight's 2-1 win at Hull.

Victories don't come much more routine than that in the Championship.

Bristol City, who are now eight league games unbeaten, were utterly dominant after half-time and appear in good shape under head coach Lee Johnson.

Famara Diedhiou and Aden Flint scored either side of half-time.

Bolton's task of staying up doesn't look to be getting any easier, without a goal in seven games in all competitions and looking ominously short on quality, even at this relatively early stage of the season.

Kev: Sat in Central Park in 30 degree heat and log on to see Sunderland getting beat again! Great way to ruin my afternoon sun.

Chevy Chase Is Ace: Sunderland are a direct repeat of last season, dire defending and equally rubbish in attack. Maya, Asoro, Watmore, PLEASE RETURN.

B3N0: SAFC, poor, clueless, no guts, no heart, no strategy, no leadership, no good.

Safe to say, Sunderland fans are not happy tonight, as their side's poor run goes on.
