If Deyna Castellanos was named Best Young Women's Player of 2017, few could argue that she would deserve that accolade.
But the fact she does not play regularly professionally and is yet to make an impact at senior international level means that even a respected United States international can claim to have 'hardly heard of her'.
Carli Lloyd, by contrast, is known around the world, but has shown mixed form in 2017 and, while showing her class in the Women's FA Cup final and in the Champions League in her brief spell at Manchester City, she did little to impress in the Women's Super League itself, missing three games of an eight-game season through suspension after she was sent off for elbowing Yeovil's Annie Heatherson.
Catherine Zeta-Jones, Olivier Giroud, Luka Modric, Patrick Stewart, Jose Fonte.
They're all here.
The cast of Stomp get us under way. Lionel Messi looks bemused.
Are they real binmen?
An Idris Elba voiceover - we mean business now.
The Wire/Luther/Marvel legend is tonight's host.
Who didn't?
And no, incredibly Fifa did NOT ask me...
She doesn’t even play football professionally, but could be about to win Fifa’s Best Women Player of the year. So who is Deyna Castellanos?

The final three for the women's award raised plenty of eyebrows, particularly with the inclusion of Deyna Castellanos and Carli Lloyd.
Australia's Sam Kerr and Denmark's Pernille Harder can feel most unfortunate to miss out, having both made the initial shortlist of 10 but not the final three, despite outstanding seasons.
A lot of people in the women's game have criticised Fifa for the final three, but it was of course not simply chosen by Gianni Infantino and a room of his advisors in Switzerland.
Among dedicated women's footballer followers, Barcelona's Lieke Martens is the strong favourite.
Almost time to get started.
To clear things up the three nominees for the men's player of the year are Neymar, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
The three women's players of the year nominees are Deyna Castellanos, Carli Lloyd and Lieke Martens.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, who is on the shortlist for coach of the year, on Fifa TV: "I think that it is important to stay here and to fight for this award. Zizou [Zinedine Zidane] in the last season was amazing, to win the Champions League.
"I live the game with my players and I like to stay with them during the game, during the different phases. It is important for my players to feel me close during the game."
"Correct me if I’m wrong, there is a zero tolerance policy on denim in the bar?
"I think there’s a chap over there wearing jeans. Chap of bout six."
Former Chelsea boss Roberto di Matteo: "I think this year, my vote would go to Ronaldo, Having said that, Messi and Ronaldo have been pushing each other for the last five or six years for the title. It is very close.
"Neymar has not quite reached the level of those two but every year he is getting closer to an award. The award is a consequence of what you do in the club. If you have a successful year with your club you will be eligible for an award."
What's the correct tone of voice to use when you're trying to attract the attention of the world's best players?
Some of the 'Neymar! Neymar! Neymaaarrrr!' shouted from the sidelines are verging on the aggressive.
Ronnie Pickering style.
Antonio Conte is in the house. Signing everything in sight.
Usain Bolt: "I would go for Ronaldo. All three are amazing players but in the last year Cristiano won La Liga, the Champions League again and finished top scorer for the fifth season. His ability to stay at the top year after year is very impressive."
Former England goalkeeper Peter Shilton: "It is disappointing that England haven't got players who are competing for these awards. Maybe that says a lot about where we are at with the England team.
"One bright light is Harry Kane, who is on the verge of breaking into the world football stage. The progress he has made over the last couple of years is fantastic. We have to keep raising standards and finding players who can play at that level."
Cristiano Ronaldo shrugs off the interview requests with a drop of the shoulder. Not happening.
Dani Alves stops for a chat though. Dressed as a Bond villain.
What a jacket!
