  2. GREAT SAVE!published at 90+2 mins

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

    Great save again Hugo Lloris!

Alexis Sanchez is played in over the top, Davinson Sanchez shows remarkable pace to get back and make some sort of challenge - is that a penalty?! - Alexis stays on his feet and gets a shot away but Higo Lloris saves well.

Arsenal could have had three or four in the end...

  3. 'Arsenal looking every bit worthy of those three points'published at 14:19 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

Arsenal are now looking extremely dominant. They're hitting on the counter with a better quality, looking every bit worthy of those three points this afternoon.

It just shows you the potential that Arsenal still do have, they have still got an amazing squad and this game just signifies that.

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

Arsenal have another good chance on the counter but again the final touch or pass lets them down, as Alex Iwobi and Hector Bellerin both pass up chances to hit the first-time shot.

The Gunners have surely done enough to get the points now though...

  5. 'Not easy for Son'published at 14:15 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

    Bradley Allen
Ex-QPR striker at Emirates Stadium for BBC Radio London

That is why Llorente and Son were put on. It was not easy for Son - it bounced up and he tried to shape his body and volley it. But the effort was way over.

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

When it doubt, lump it to the big man. Spurs go big, Fernando Llorente nods it down and Son Heung-min fires over the top. Tough chance but a decent one.

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

Arsenal have a four-on-two breakaway from a Spurs corner, Mesut Ozil's pass is neat and clever but it does lack a touch of pace and Hector Bellerin can't run cleanly on to it. His shot is charged down, before Ozil comes off to a standing ovation.

One of his best games in a red shirt for a long time.

  8. 'Save of the match'published at 14:11 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

    Bradley Allen
Ex-QPR striker at Emirates Stadium for BBC Radio London

What a save! Save of the match - that's huge.

It was a great cross to the back post and Dier headed back across goal. Cech to the rescue, else Llorente would definitely have scored.

  9. GREAT SAVE!published at 81 mins

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

Top save! Eric Dier is free at the far post, heads powerfully across goal, it looks in all the way but Petr Cech makes a fine one-handed stop, also pushing it away from danger in the process.

There are some really tired players out there now, with 15 minutes of the game still remaining. Can Son or Llorente exploit that to Spurs' advantage?

The three central Arsenal defenders have been really spirited, very aggressive and bodies on the line throughout this game. They dealt with the threat of Kane as well as any defence this season.

  11. 'Kane a pre-planned substitute'published at 14:07 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

    Matthew Upson

I would say Harry Kane was potentially a pre-planned substitute and maybe 75 minutes was the maximum he was going to play because of his injury.

Harry Kane has failed to score against Arsenal in the Premier League for the first time. The end of (a brief) era. Christian Eriksen at least has a shot on target, a daisy-cutter straight at Petr Cech.

  13. GREAT SAVE!published at 76 mins

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

This will seal it - great save!

Alexis Sanchez, playing up front now, weaves past the last man and looks to sit Hugo Lloris down but the French keeper is wise to it this time and makes the save.

Were Harry Kane and Dele Alli fit enough to start today? Neither had a good day.

  14. SUBSTITUTIONS - Kane & Alli offpublished at 75 mins

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

A sign of how the game has gone - Harry Kane and Dele Alli both come off for Spurs.

The home fans love that one!

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 73 mins

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

A few of you have commented that Dele Alli has been poor today - and he hasn't been allowed to get into the game. He's caught late as he turns and Laurent Koscielny is booked.

Francis Coquelin on for Alexandre Lacazette. The fans DO NOT like that one...

  16. 'They looked dangerous on the counter'published at 14:00 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

    Matthew Upson
Former Arsenal defender at Emirates Stadium for 5 live Sport

Anyone asking questions of Arsenal before this match on character on commitment, well I think they've answered them today.

    They've played a high-tempo, high-energy game.

They looked very dangerous on the counter and they've competed all over the pitch.

  17. Postpublished at 71 mins

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

Harry Winks can't find Dele Alli, who kicks the turf in frustration, and Arsenal can break. Mesut Ozil finds Alexis Sanchez in space on the edge of the area, chance to hurt Hugo Lloris, but he tops the shot, complete miscue.

  18. Postpublished at 70 mins

    Arsenal 2-0 Tottenham

Arsenal do now have a spell of controlled possession, it ends up with Alexis Sanchez on the left of the area and he smashes a rising shot over the top. Good effort. Spurs' challenge looks to be on the wane now.

David P H Thomas: Even at 2-0 up, I’m still a bag of nerves...!

Hassan Anfield: To be honest Alexis Sanchez is too big for Arsenal.

It's all a bit nervy and edgy around the Emirates from the home fans. Their side are 2-0 up but they are being pushed back since half-time. They need a spell of possession.
