    Dundee v Hamilton (15:00)

    Brian McLauchlin
BBC Sport Scotland at Dens Park

Neither Dundee or Hamilton can boast about a recent run of form. The home side have lost their past three matches with only one win in their last six. And they have not kept a clean sheet in the league at home since Hogmanay last year.

Accies are without a win since defeating Hibernian at Easter Road in August but have won on two of their last three visits to Dens, with the other match ending in a draw.

Both sides make changes with Curran, Wolters, Leitch-Smith and Waddell returning for Dundee, while Donati, Bingham and Templeton are back in the Accies starting XI.

    Aberdeen v Ross County (15:00)

    Scott Davie
    BBC Scotland at Pittodrie

Could this be the last Aberdeen team Derek McInnes picks before moving to Ibrox?

If it is, he is going for an attacking formation against Ross County with Greg Stewart, Scott Wright and on-loan Celtic midfielder Ryan Christie back in the starting line-up after the midweek thumping from the champions.

Of course, he's up against Ross County manager Owen Coyle who gave McInnes his start in coaching during their time together at St Johnstone and the Staggies bodd has had a good start in his new job.

Seven points from the first 12 available and just one defeat to Hearts so far but he has to bring in keeper Aaron McCarey with Scott Fox out for up to two months after a thigh injury during the 0-0 daw at Perth in midweek.

That's one of four changes with Sean Kelly, Craig Curran and Jamie Lindsay back from the start.

  3. Doolan back on bench for Jagspublished at 14:44 British Summer Time 28 October 2017

Partick Thistle v St Johnstone (15:00)

    Kenny Crawford
    BBC Sport Scotland at Firhill

There can't be many other players in the top flight of Scottish football that have to put up with switching between starting XI and bench more than Partick Thistle striker Kris Doolan.

Last Saturday he came on as a substitute to set up the winner against Dundee, then he started in the goal-less draw versus Hamilton on Tuesday, and now he's back on the bench for the St Johnstone encounter. Conor Sammon is the man who replaces him.

Thistle also have new midfield signing Martin Woods named as a substitute as well.

St Johnstone make three changes to their line up. Blair Alston, Steven MacLean and Michael O'Halloran drop to the bench - O'Halloran perhaps because of limping off of their midweek draw against Ross County.

In come David Wotherspoon, Liam Craig and Graham Cummins.

  4. Moult returns to lead Motherwell linepublished at 14:41 British Summer Time 28 October 2017

    Motherwell v Hibernian (15:00)

Stephen Robinson makes four changes to his Motherwell team for the visit of Hibernian. Having been on the bench for the 1-0 win over Dundee on Wednesday, Chris Cadden, Louis Moult and Andy Rose come in to the starting XI, along with Allan Campbell. Craig Tanner's reward for scoring the winner at Dens Park is a place on the bench, while Gael Bigirimana and Richard Tait also drop to the subs ranks. Alex Fisher misses out completely.

Neil Lennon names the same Hibernian starting line-up and subs as he did for the midweek win over rivals Hearts.

  5. Miller always believed he'd be back in bluepublished at 14:39 British Summer Time 28 October 2017

    Hearts 1-3 Rangers

Speaking to Sky Sports, Rangers striker Kenny Miller: "It's great to get back involved. It's been tough but you try to stay strong through it.

"It was always going to be tough today but there was a belief there.

"Second half when we got our nose in front it relaxed us.

"I enjoy coming to Murray Park and that never changed. I was always had belief I'd be back in a Rangers jersey.

"You just stay as professional as you can.

"Thats dressing room is unified in there. We move on to next week now."

  14. FULL-TIME Hearts 1-3 Rangerspublished at 14:21 British Summer Time 28 October 2017

Life after Pedro Caixinha begins with a comfortable Rangers win at Murrayfield.

The visitors had to come from behind and it was Kenny Miller who inspired them, scoring two goals and providing a lovely pass for the third.

That's the same Mr Miller who was left out of the side by Caixinha just in case you hadn't picked up on that.
