It's been a weekend full of goals in the Championship and, hopefully, we're not done just yet.

Leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers will be hoping to open up a whopping 10-point gap over third-placed Sheffield United when they visit neighbours Birmingham City on Monday.

Presumably, Bristol City fans will want a little peek at the state of the Championship's top six?

The Robins have gone third after tonight's win, leapfrogging Sheffield United and Aston Villa and maintaining their five-point gap to seventh.

Boro, down in ninth, remain six points off the top six.

But now it's Bristol City who've shown a wee bit of indiscipline, as Korey Smith fouls Adama Traore 30 yards or so away from goal, right in the centre.

Josh Brownhill very nearly works himself a shooting opportunity 18 yards out, but a Middlesbrough defender gets to him to clear.

But, again, as Boro try to come forward Bristol City pinch the ball back and win a free-kick.

Niclas Eliasson is brought down on the Bristol City left by Cyrus Christie, who is booked for the challenge.

Bobby Reid, who's been really impressive tonight, makes way for West Brom loanee Jonathan Leko as Robins boss Lee Johnson makes his final City change.

But Marvin Johnson's cross is a poor one and is only guided wide of the target by Patrick Bamford.

Adama Traore is fouled by Hordur Magnusson the right-hand side and Boro have a chance to throw the ball into the penalty area.

The Robins, looking to put the game to bed, work Josh Brownhill into space on the edge of the area but his half-volley is well saved at the near post.

Soon enough, Boro are back on the attack...
