  2. Ferney encounter survives New Year rainpublished at 14:30 Greenwich Mean Time 1 January 2018

The wet stuff has accounted for Coleraine v Linfield and Carrick v Dungannon so we're left with a sole survivor on New Years Day. And what a game it promises to be with Crusaders replacing the Bannsiders at the Premiership summit if they beat bottom side Ballinamallard at Ferney Park.

Stephen Baxter's team are in scorching form after a shaky start to the campaign. An amazing run of 11 victories and a draw in their last 12 league outings has whittled down Coleraine's lead at the top to just two points.

The north Belfast visitors are firm favourites for the Fermanagh fixture but the Mallards are battling hard to stay in the top-flight and they showed plenty of determination, allied with a decent bit of quality, to come from behind to clinch a draw in Friday night's basement showdown at Carrick Rangers.

We'll bring you all the build-up, action and reaction from a game which has big ramifications at both ends of the table.

    Thanks for joining us.
