St Johnstone are struggling to create opportunities for 20-year-old striker Callum Hendry to feed on. His dad - former Scotland defender Colin - is in the stands.
Tommy Wright will be concerned at how confident and creative Accies are looking.
Darren Lyon, Antonio Rojano, David Templeton & Giannis Skondras with good chances for confident Accies. Rojano should have scored. Xavier Tomas impressive at the back
Saints grew into game as half wore on. Callum Hendry link up play was good - but no clear cut chances for him.

Precious little goalmouth action to speak of in Hamilton, with the in-form Accies having the best of a tight first half.
Player of the month David Templeton has twice gone close with long-range efforts, Giannis Skondras had a low drive saved, while Antonio Rojano really should have scored when he side-footed Dougie Imrie's sumptuous cross over the bar from six yards.
Saints' best opportunities came when Blair Alston drew a comfortable save with a bobbling 25-yard effort, before Michael O'Halloran's teasing square pass was flicked clear by Xavier Tomas.
A fairly even game for long spells of the opening half, but Hearts took the lead through a moment of individual poise.
There was fortune in the way Kyle Lafferty's shot was deflected in, but he made the opportunity with his own strength and skill.
Hearts then took control of possession and the onus is on the visitors now to find a way back into the game.
Rangers 0-1 Ross County
It's not been a great week for Rangers fans and at the moment it does not look like ending well for the home crowd at Ibrox.

Hamilton Academical 0-0 St Johnstone
David Templeton continues to threaten, the former Hearts and Rangers attacker cutting in from the right and fizzing a left-foot shot narrowly wide of the target with half-time approaching.
Kilmarnock are 45 minutes away from their first home league win of the season after an entertaining first half at Rugby Park.
