  2. Hamilton Academical 0-0 Ross Countypublished at 11 mins

Glorious early chance for the visitors, wasted. A long ball over the top finds Chris Eagles. He tries to cushion it over the keeper with the outside of his right foot, but gets it all wrong. Wings well and truly clipped.

  5. GREAT SAVE!published at 9 mins

    Dundee 0-0 Partick Thistle

Partick Thistle goalkeeper Tomas Cenry makes a great save to deny his own team-mate opening the scoring.

Jon Aurtenetxe gets the cross in and Danny Devine almost turns it into his own net, but a fine instinctive save from Cerny pushes it away. Ninja-like stuff from the bold Cerny.

'Responsibility' is the word Neil McCann is hammering into his players today. The Dundee manager was angry with the lack of it in the midweek defeat to Hearts. As for the Partick Thistle manager Alan Archibald, it's all about leap-frogging Dundee at the bottom of the table. All the incentive his side needs, he says.

Huge game this at the bottom of the table. Expecting it to be cagey on a cold, crisp sunny day here at Dens Park. Partick Thistle have won the last four matches between the sides.

  15. 'Cowdenbeath would've beaten us today' - Lennonpublished at 14:52

    FT: Aberdeen 4-1 Hibernian

Hibernian manager Neil Lennon: "I've seen a lot of things in football but I haven't seen a turnaround in all round performance in such a short space of time. Congratulations to Aberdeen - they wanted to put a message out there that they are the second best team.

"We have to accept that and we were well beaten. They were the hungrier team, more motivated and wanted it more. The earned the right to play and did everything far better from my team today.

"That is unacceptable from my players. They were abject, they gave up, they lacked character, quality, and physical and emotional strength.

"It's a hard lesson to learn. There were so many senior players off the boil. I could've made 11 substitutions at half-time. It looked like some of them didn't want to be out there.

"We were so abject Cowdenbeath would've beaten us today, comfortably."

  16. Three changes for Accies, two for Countypublished at 14:51

    Hamilton Academical v Ross County

From BBC Scotland's Kenny Crawford at the Superseal Stadium:

Hamilton have a boost on the bench as Ali Crawford is named as a substitute - Accies' talisman hasn't featured since the end of September but played in an Under-20s match v Celtic on Tuesday.

The hosts make three changes to the starting XI that lost 3-1 to Celtic on Wednesday. Giannis Skondras, Georgios Sarris and David Templeton all start, with Scott McMann, Grant Gillespie and Massimo Donati making way.

Ross County defender Andrew Davies is ruled out through injury and Davis Keillor-Dunn drops to the bench. In come Tim Chow and Michael Gardyne.

  17. Changes for both sides at Ibroxpublished at 14:49

    Rangers v St Johnstone

Rangers interim manager Graeme Murty makes two changes following the midweek win over Hibernian.

Daniel Candeias and Ryan Jack come in for Jamie Barjonas, who drops to the bench, and the injured Kenny Miller.

Chris Millar, Denny Johnstone, Stefan Scougall and Liam Craig come into the St Johnstone line-up with Murray Davidson injured, on-loan Rangers winger Michael O'Halloran unable to play against his parent club and Steven MacLean and David Wotherspoon dropping to the bench.

  18. Murty wants Rangers 'to be on the front foot'published at 14:44

    Rangers v St Johnstone (15:00)

Interim manager Graeme Murty on RangersTV: "It necessitates a change in shape, slightly, but we still think the people coming in have lots to offer.

"I'm hoping [Ryan Jack] can give us a really good energy to the game today.

"We're at home, I think we need to be on the front foot. I think we need to be imposing ourselves upon the game so it's down to our attacking players to really take the game by the scruff of the neck and dominate.

"If we can do that then we can set the tone early, hopefully we can have a good afternoon.

"I expect [St Johnstone] to be really organised. I know Tommy [Wright] and Callum [Davidson], they do a really, really good job so I expect them to be difficult to break down. I expect them to be very dogged. I expect them to actually give a response from their game against Aberdeen.

"But, as I always say, it's about us making sure we impose ourselves upon the game."

  20. 'More to come' from resurgent Dons - McInnespublished at 14:36

    FT: Aberdeen 4-1 Hibernian

Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes on Sportsound: "There was a desire from us to show we're a good team. We've always faced challenges from other teams head-on. We've always been pleased with our work come the end of the season. We feel there's more to come from us.

"We showed today what we're capable of. Our midfield three: Shinnie, McLean and Christie were outstanding. They're up against good players but I thought they really set the tone.

"It was a big performance [from hat-trick hero Gary Mackay-Steven] and Gary should watch a tape of this game time and again because that's what he's capable of."
