If Leicester didn’t want to sell Mahrez for £60m, why leave him out of the team? Nonsensical.

    Jan, London

If you don't train, you don't play. One of the oldest unwritten rules in the game!

    Bournemouth 0-1 Stoke

Bournemouth are a goal down and have been forced into an early change.

Joshua King is on for the hosts, defender Steve Cook the man to make way.

An attacking change for the Cherries.

    West Brom 1-0 Southampton

Almost quality from Daniel Sturridge, who stays up for a Southampton corner, the ball is cleared to him on halfway, he turns away and plays a cracking through ball with the outside of his foot but Matt Phillips can't get there.

At the other end new Saints forward Guido Carrillo shoots wide.

  4. 'A fantastic bit of pace'published at 15:12 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Man Utd 0-0 Huddersfield

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 live

That was a fantastic bit of pace from Jesse Lingard. He battled for the ball on the half-way line and got lucky when the ball ricocheted off the defender.

But the save was comfortable in the end. A great break from Lingard.

    Leicester 0-0 Swansea

It's all Leicester at the King Power, but the Foxes are yet to trouble the scoreboard.

Jamie Vardy thought he was through on goal, only to be flagged offside, while new signing Fousseni Diabate has already found himself in the book for a late tackle on Swansea's Sam Clucas.

    West Brom 1-0 Southampton

The bottom half of the table is ridiculous as it stands - West Brom remain bottom despite this early lead with both of these clubs on 23 points.

They are both four points from 11th...

    Man Utd 0-0 Huddersfield

Jesse Lingard breaks through the centre and hits a low shot straight at Jonas Lossl - United have made an energetic start.

  8. 'Horror show'published at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Bournemouth 0-1 Stoke City

    Garth Crooks
Former Spurs striker on Final Score

It's a horror show what's just happened there. Nathan Ake, who was outstanding at Stamford Bridge during the week, can't get anything on it because his position is so poor and Xherdan Shaqiri, the smallest man on the field, is able to head it in.

  9. CLOSE!published at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    West Brom 1-0 Southampton

Eeesh that's close! Saints winger Sofiane Boufal hits a crisp shot from the edge of the area which is very, very close to finding the bottom corner. Just wide.

    Glenn Murray (8 mins)

A well-timed run from Glenn Murray to collect Pascal Gross' defence-splitting through ball and the Brighton forward finishes well when one-on-one with West Ham goalkeeper Adrian.

Cool, calm, collected. Just what Seagulls boss Chris Hughton ordered.

    Man Utd 0-0 Huddersfield

Jesse Lingard falls over his own feet but for some reason the officials give a corner. Marcos Rojo hooks the ball back into the middle but it's well cleared in the end.

  12. goal

GOAL - Bournemouth 0-1 Stokepublished at 15:05 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Xherdan Shaqiri (5 mins)

Xherdan Shaqiri must be one of the shortest players on the pitch... he's just scored a free header from inside the Bournemouth area.

The Switzerland international was left all alone to head in new signing Badou Ndiaye's cross.

Nightmare start for the Cherries after their win at Chelsea in midweek, wonderful for Paul Lambert's side though.

    Ahmed Hegazi (4 mins)

You don't stop those! WHAT a corner by Chris Brunt, whipped in at pace into the six-yard box, Alex McCarthy doesn't know whether to come off his line or not and Ahmed Hegazi attacks it brilliantly, burying a powerful header.

Richard Roberts: Garth, Leicester wanted £80m, Man City wanted him but left it until 48 hours before the end of the window and thought they could bully and offer a player they don't want. Leicester 100% in their rights to say no. Get real.

    Man Utd 0-0 Huddesfield

A good friend of mine, a Huddersfield season ticket holder for 25+ years, was having his first murmurs of discontent towards David Wagner in midweek after that meek display at home to Liverpool. At least have a go.

What sort of approach will the Terriers show today?

  16. Postpublished at 15:03 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Leicester 0-0 Swansea

Decent start for Leicester at home to Swansea City.

Marc Albrighton links up with Kelechi Iheanacho on the left, cuts inside on to his right and swings in a deep delivery that the Nigeria forward just can't reach.

  17. Postpublished at 15:01 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    West Brom 0-0 Southampton

Very bright start from the Albion at a bouncing Hawthorns, Daniel Sturridge into the action straight away on the left wing, linking up well with Salomon Rondon.
