Welcome to Old Trafford for Manchester United vs Huddersfield Town in the Premier League.

Jose Mourinho will be hoping for a much improved performance after Wednesday's 2-0 defeat by Spurs at Wembley.

The scarves are out for Alexis Sanchez. £10 is what they cost if you want one off a seller heading to the ground. The Chilean is hoping to make his home debut and this will be the second time he has played them this season after he scored a goal for Arsenal in a 5-0 win back in November.

Huddersfield haven't won in the league since 16 December and they could end up in the relegation places if results go against them. However, they did beat United 2-0 earlier this season.

We will have a minute's silence today in honour of those who lost their lives in the Munich air disaster.

Everyone attending today's game has been given a complimentary programme and a specially written book about the crash which happened 60 years ago.

  10. Sanchez the top orange?published at 13:54 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

Worth their weight in gold? Bigger fish to fry? Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho added a new footballing analogy to the book when he mocked neighbours City over beating them to the signing of Alexis Sanchez.

"When you see a tree with amazing oranges at the top of the tree and then you cannot get there, you say, 'oh, I got the lower ones because I don't like the ones at the top'. You like the ones at the top. They are so nice, so orange, so round, so full of juice but you cannot get there, so you say, 'I don't want to go there'," said the Portuguese.

But how well does Mourinho know his citrus fruits? And are our well-trodden analogies actually accurate?

    Manchester United

David Beckham, talking to Football Focus in Miami after launching his MLS franchise in the city earlier this week, has had his say on Manchester United's new signing Alexis Sanchez.

"It's hard to believe that it's happened," said the former United number seven.

"When you play for a club as big as Arsenal, and for a player that is as talented as he is and has that reputation, to move up north to one of the biggest clubs in the world, it is astonishing for that to happen.

"We’re excited to see him play at number seven. And I'm excited to watch him."

For in-form Bournemouth, history beckons. They’ve never gone seven Premier League games without defeat.
