    Bournemouth v Stoke (15:00 GMT)

There is a minute's applause at Bournemouth before kick-off for former groundsman and pitch consultant John Harriss, who died this week.

He worked for the club for five decades.

A huge banner reading 'They'll Never Die' is passed along the Stretford End as the players convene for a minute's silence to remember the 60th anniversary of the Munich Air disaster.

  3. 'How many gloves?'published at 14:57 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

Brighton v West Ham (15:00 GMT)

West Ham's mascot wears 'Ralph' on his back in the tunnel at Brighton. He's chatting to Adrian and asks "how many gloves do you have?"

The big keeper replies "many, many, I have to train everyday".

Ralph seems blown away by this. Adrian smiles and then turns around and in a Spanish accent yelps "come on boys, come on".

    Ralph looks on in wonder.

    Nice stuff.

  4. No winners in Mahrez non-dealpublished at 14:56 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Leicester v Swansea (15:00 GMT)

    Garth Crooks
Former Spurs striker on Final Score

Anybody who was responsible for this non-deal shouldn't be allowed to do business ever again. Nobody has got what they wanted, of course Mahrez is going to be depressed because for the last three months he's been one of the best players in the league. It seems as if Claude Puel has come in and said 'you play well for us, we'll put you in the shop window and you'll get your big move'.

The emotional impact this will have on him, even if he wanted to play, I completely understand him not being in the right frame of mind - he'll need time to get over that.

Leicester now have to, somehow, get him right again.

  5. Haunting connotations for Man Utd?published at 14:55 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

Man Utd v Huddersfield (15:00 GMT)

    Steve Bower
    Match of the Day commentator

After a shock to the system away to Tottenham in midweek, where Manchester United lost by two or more goals for only the second time in 87 games in all competitions, they return to a fixture that has equally haunting connotations.

I was in West Yorkshire in October to witness Huddersfield's first win over United since 1952; a day, whatever happens this season, that will live long in the memory for all Terriers fans.

Jose Mourinho will hope for an immediate reaction and a far more routine afternoon for Alexis Sanchez's home debut, and to maintain a record where only Manchester City have won at Old Trafford in the last 39 matches.

Huddersfield have far more crucial fixtures lying in wait although, as David Wagner told me earlier in the week, they are playing at the Theatre of Dreams.

Leicester manager Claude Puel: "It is time to talk to Riyad [Mahrez], we have a good relationship and we need to manage the situation.

"Riyad is not available for this game. All I can say about the situation is that this is the best decision for Leicester, in the best interests of Leicester. It is also the best decision for Riyad.

"It is a tough situation for us to manage but now it is time to move on and keep our focus."

West Brom v Southampton (15:00 GMT)

    West Bromwich Albion

Frank Skinner says that his first game as a fan was against Southampton 50 years ago - it smashed it down with rain all day and was a dull 0-0.

    "I was hooked," he says...

    Same again?

This tribute to Cyrille Regis has been brilliantly done by West Brom.

  9. Puel and Carvalhal impresspublished at 14:53 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Leicester v Swansea (15:00 GMT)

    Guy Mowbray
    Match of the Day commentator

Claude Puel has led Leicester from 18th to eighth, and Carlos Carvalhal has started impressively at Swansea. Both appointments raised eyebrows, but the clubs' decision makers - at this stage at least - deserve credit.

Swansea chiefs dipped into their credit to fund the re-signing of Andre Ayew on Wednesday.

He last played in the same club side as brother Jordan for Marseille in November 2013. Now the 'Sons of Pele' follow in the illustrious footsteps of Ivor and Len Allchurch and Cliff and Bryn Jones as brothers in the same Swansea team.

No Andre today though, as he recovers from a hamstring injury suffered before his move from West Ham.

Now Joao, can you do it when it matters?

West Ham manager David Moyes on his squad's injury problems: "We're getting the players back little by little and the games thin out a bit over the coming weeks, when the games go Saturday to Saturday, so that should help us as well."

    Southampton

    PellegrinoImage source, PA

Southampton manager Mauricio Pellegrino: "Obviously the most difficult thing in modern football is how you can create more action to convert.

"This is the most difficult thing in modern football. Why? Because the level of organisation is really high and the information that every single opponent has got about you, it's really high.

"I've never seen a league like right now where from the bottom to the middle are five, six points. It's nice but it's difficult at the same time."

  16. 'Today is a moment for respect'published at 14:42 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

Man Utd v Huddersfield (15:00 GMT)

Here is Jose Mourinho on remembering those who lost their lives in the Munich air disaster and what it still means to the club.

“Today is an event in memory for everybody connected to football, not just our club, but for everybody connected with the game," said the Manchester United manager.

"It is one of the biggest tragedies in the history of the game. Today is a moment of respect for the victims, for their families. And of course we would like to win, to play well and bring some happiness to the stadium.”

There has just been a 20 minute service in front of the Munich memorial at Old Trafford.

Around 3,000 fans attended to listen to prayers, poems and songs about the tragedy that happened in Munich 60 years on Tuesday.

The event was concluded by the song 'Flowers of Manchester' written in honour of the eight players who died, and the two who never played again.

There will be a minute's silence before the game.

  18. 'Home form will be key'published at 14:39 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

Brighton v West Ham (15:00 GMT)

    Brighton & Hove Albion

    HughtonImage source, PA

Brighton & Hove Albion manager Chris Hughton: "At home would probably be the disappointment that we haven't picked up more wins.

"We have just seen Swansea pick up two outstanding results at home [against Liverpool and Arsenal) that most people probably wouldn't have expected.

"Would they have been able to do that away from home? It would have been a lot harder. Home form will play the biggest part of this end of the season."
