  2. No spark from Unitedpublished at 16:26 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Man Utd 1-0 Huddersfield

    Kevin Kilbane
Former Republic of Ireland winger on Football Focus

I'm seeing no spark, no buzz about United. There's no crosses going in and no through balls. Where are the goals and creativity going to come from against the bigger sides? I questioned Lukaku earlier and yes, he's scored, but the ball's bouncing off him and his hold-up play has been poor.

  3. Postpublished at 16:26 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    West Brom 1-3 Southampton

This is looking like being a very bad day at the office indeed for West Brom, who had started so well.

That third Southampton goal has taken any wind out of the Albion sails and only a sliding challenge from Craig Dawson prevents a fourth goal for the visitors.

  4. CLOSE!published at 16:26 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Bournemouth 0-1 Stoke

This one is opening up, and now Bournemouth go close through Callum Wilson.

The striker drives a low effort across goal from the right of the box and watches it fizz wide. Just needed a toe to turn it in.

  5. Izquierdo puts Seagulls aheadpublished at 16:24 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Brighton 2-1 West Ham

    Garth Crooks
Former Spurs striker on Final Score

It was an unbelievable strike. He cuts inside, looks up and goes for it. And it's right in the top corner - on a postage stamp.

  6. SUBSTITUTION - Pogba onpublished at 16:24 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Man Utd 1-0 Huddersfield

Paul Pogba is on for dance partner Jesse Lingard.

  7. CLOSE!published at 16:23 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Bournemouth 0-1 Stoke

Peter Crouch gets the run on his marker and meets Xherdan Shaqiri's corner, but his header glances the top of the bar.

Jack: James Ward-Prowse must be nailed on for Garth Crooks team of the week at this rate.

Is it really a Southampton game if someone doesn’t say the words ‘James Ward Prowse’ and ‘dead ball’ in the same match?

  10. Postpublished at 16:22 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Leicester 1-1 Swansea

Open game at Leicester. Swansea storm forward, only to give possession away and watch the hosts come straight back at them.

Fousseni Diabate can't turn his effort on target and it remains all square.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:21 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    West Brom 1-3 Southampton

Daniel Sturridge has run out of steam - he comes off with Jay Rodriguez on against his old club. Claudio Yacob is also replaced by Oliver Burke.

  12. 'Wonderful'published at 16:20 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Brighton 2-1 West Ham

    Jonathan Pearce
BBC Match of the Day commentator at AMEX Stadium

That's one of the goals of the season. José Izquierdo is cautioned for his celebrations. What a wonderful goal.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:20 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Man Utd 1-0 Huddersfield

It never rains but it pours for Huddersfield. Into the bottom three, behind and now lynchpin Christopher Schindler is injured. On comes cult hero Michael Hefele.

  14. goal

GOAL - Brighton 2-1 West Hampublished at 16:18 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Jose Izquierdo (61 mins)

    Pick that out!

West Ham think they've cleared a corner, but it drops to Jose Izquierdo on the edge of the box and the Brighton winger cuts on to his right foot before whipping an effort into the top corner.

  15. King booked for divingpublished at 16:17 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Bournemouth 0-1 Stoke

Deary me, Joshua King with one of the dives of the season...

The Bournemouth forward is given a yellow card for his theatrical route to ground inside the area - both legs in the air, the whole act.

He'll cringe when he watches that one back later.

  17. Lukaku does what he does bestpublished at 16:17 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Man Utd 1-0 Huddersfield

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 live

It comes from a ricochet in the middle of the Huddersfield half. Mata was hugging the touchline, then he opens his body up, curls it into the box and Lukaku does what he does best. He doesn't miss many of those.

It came from United stretching the Huddersfield defence.

  18. Postpublished at 16:15 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Bournemouth 0-1 Stoke

Peter Crouch, dangerman. The tall forward is a right nuisance for the Bournemouth defence but can't get a clean strike at goal from inside the area.

At the opposite end of the height scale, Xherdan Shaqiri nips beyond Dan Gosling only to be sliced down as the Bournemouth man finds himself in the book.

  19. goal

GOAL - Man Utd 1-0 Huddersfieldpublished at 16:14 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Romelu Lukaku (55 mins)

A breakthrough that had been coming.

United had lacked width in the first half but they've been much better since the break, and Juan Mata's cross form the left is volleyed in from close range by Romelu Lukaku.

He's been outstanding has Glenn Murray. No way should a 34-year-old be getting the better of three central defenders regularly.
