Winning trophies is not the only important thing for Tottenham right now, says manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs' last major crown was the 2008 League Cup but Pochettino, now in his fourth season in charge, said "building the club's project" was as pressing.
Speaking before Saturday's home league match with north London rivals Arsenal, Pochettino said: "People say 'Tottenham need to win a title'. But for me, the process is more than winning a title.
"I manage a club and a company."

A lot of eyes will be on Dele Alli when he gets into the penalty area today.
An unfair reputation? Or deserved?

When you're a defender, when you go to ground in the box you're diving in knowing you'll make a foul unless you win the ball. We're seeing more diving now. You are conning referees into making decisions.
When you're young and naive, you think you'll win the ball and dive in. But now you have to time those tackles perfectly.
You have to be 100% certain of trying to make contact with the ball.

There is a level of consistency in the Tottenham squad, rather than having to bring it down by bringing in lesser players. There will obviously be competition for places - as there are at Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea - how many times do you see Willian sitting on the bench? I think he is a fantastic player, but doesn't always start.

English players may be the "masters" of diving, said Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.
Tottenham's Dele Alli was booked for simulation in Sunday's draw at Liverpool. Team-mate Harry Kane was accused of diving by Reds defender Virgil van Dijk in winning a penalty.
"I remember there were tremendous cases here when foreign players did it," Wenger said.
"But English players have learned very quickly and might be the masters now."
Spurs counterpart Mauricio Pochettino isn't convinced...

Sunderland forward on BBC Radio 5 live
Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang proved at Borussia Dortmund they have a good relationship on the pitch and provide goals and assists. If they can get that relationship going, they'll create a frightening front line with Mesut Ozil. It's a big ask for Tottenham's defence.
But Spurs have a brilliant attack too. Tottenham's 11 are a very good team. When they’re on it, they can beat anyone easily - as the proved against Manchester United. I don’t think Lucas Moura will start against Arsenal. But he can be a great impact player. He can come on and make the difference.

The teams at the top end now are starting to find a level of consistency but Arsenal traditionally seem to get stronger at the back end of the season and have a late push - whether it is to take second or clinch a champions league spot.
This game will be a real good indicator of where they are at away from home.
