The sign of confidence in a striker summed up in one movement as Glenn Murray takes a touch to set himself before firing an effort just wide of the post when there seemed to be no space to even think in.

West Ham taking a leaf out of Livepool's book and winning the ball high up the pitch. It is a great ball from Kouyate into the path of Michail Antonio who fires it low, who has only been on the pitch for a few moments.

Ah, that must be so frustrating for Southampton. Guido Carrillo is chasing down a loose ball - Jack Cork is under pressure trying to protect it - but the danger is quickly over as Carrillo shoves his man in the back. A cheap foul.

There look like more goals in this game. Sadio Mane has a shot saved after Mo Salah is close to heading in a teasing cross from the left.

Glenn Murray has the ball in the net for a second time in this match but this time it's ruled out for offside - correctly.

The striker got a toe on Anthony Knockaert's cross but he was beyond the last man when it came in.

Unbelievable stuff. If you give the ball away like West Ham did or win in it high up the pitch, the transition between defending and attacking for Liverpool is quick and very sharp.

People with a 3-0 win on their betting slips will be biting their nails because Liverpool look good for four or five.

Jeff Hendrick has been Burnley's most dangerous player with his runs from deep but this one is stopped by Alex McCarthy - a brilliantly brave plunge at studs to block. Burnley try to work the rebound into another chance quickly but the Southampton defence smothers.

Tim: How on earth did this West Brom team win at Anfield? There is no coming back, they are going down. Probably in late March/early April. They can take Alan Pardew with them, he is Championship quality at best.

Elmir: West Bromwich Albion are moving towards the Championship. Time is running out for Alan Pardew. Rafael Benitez is delivering at Newcastle, a great pragmatic manager.

Burnley corner. A chance to test the visitors with a training ground routine, but Alex McCarthy comes screaming off his line to tip clear.

Southampton can break up the pitch if they can find one another quickly... Ah. Out it goes for a Burnley throw - again the quality is lacking in the pass.
