There's been an unmistakable air of envy at Wolves' feats in the Championship this season - never more so than this week.
The £23m loss-making extent to which the leaders' Chinese owners have bankrolled their quest for Premier League football has now been publicly revealed - and that's just last season's figures.
But, for all their easy-on-the-eye attacking brilliance, Wolves are not the only well-supported West Midlands side who have spent a few bob to gamble on getting back in the top flight.

Cardiff lead through Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, Craig Bryson and Callum Paterson and their goal difference is improving nicely, which could prove important as they chase leaders Wolves.
Birmingham look like they'll stay in the bottom three, though at least Barnsley are losing.
