Huddersfield have responded very well to falling behind. That Tom Ince chance a few minutes ago is followed up by a corner, but Victor Lindelof is positioned well to hoof the ball to safety.

The Swede will not have fond memories of this ground.

Huddersfield have the opportunity to level straight away.

Manchester United fall asleep at the back, slow to come out and Tom Ince is played in behind by Philip Billing.

Ince tries to pick out Martin Jorgensen at the back post, but has too much on it and it sails wide.

That's always a big problem for these two centre-backs Schindler and Jorgensen. They were weak there.

Manchester United were onto the loose ball and Mata played a delightful ball through, weighted just right.

Lukaka didn't even have to break stride. One-nil for United, and what a start!

Whenever Manchester United are playing, it's a big game

Hudderfield have chosen a team saying just that.

It's a great atmosphere, made extra special because of the visitors.

I'm looking forward to this game and seeing Sanchez in a United shirt play live for the first time.

The Huddersfield fans are making a heck of a racket with their clappers, it is a fantastic atmosphere at the John Smith's Stadium.

They are brought out of their seats for the first time as big Colin Quaner gets forward down the right and into the box, but his low cross-shot drifts wide of goal.

Lovely place is Huddersfield, I was at uni there and did my work placement at this very stadium.

It all went downhill from there.

Huddersfield have won their past two games 4-1. They last scored four or more goals in three consecutive matches in January 1928.

Imagine the #scenes if they manage that today.

19-year-old midfielder Ethan Hamilton has been included in the Manchester United first-team squad for the first time.

The Scot has made seven appearances in the Uefa Youth League this season, scoring once.

United youth team coach Kieran McKenna said: " He is a fantastic character around the group and another one with a great training mentality every day.

"He is a hard worker who wants to get better and develop himself. He is a really solid player for the group as well as being a good talent. "

Ricky Lee Everett: There is hope that Lindeof will develop and adapt to the English game, but at the moment seeing him in a United starting XI makes me nervous.
