Manchester United v Brighton (19:45 GMT)
Mark Lawrenson
BBC football expert
Manchester United were on a decent run of results but they have suddenly put themselves under pressure by their non-performance, and defeat, against Sevilla.
It was strange to see, because we had seen them show some fight to come back from behind twice against Chelsea and Crystal Palace in recent weeks, and they also beat Liverpool at Old Trafford fairly comfortably on Saturday. So I was expecting Jose Mourinho's side to kick on but the opposite happened instead.
Mourinho's comments in his press conference were bizarre too - it felt like he was saying 'don't blame me' and that people should not be surprised to see United lose because he has won at Old Trafford twice in the Champions League with other clubs before.
That was not the message the supporters would have wanted to hear but that is Jose for you, I suppose. It will be interesting to see if there is any reaction against Brighton because the United fans will certainly expect to see one.
In some ways this is a decent game for them to bounce back in, but I cannot see United running riot, even if they do improve. The Seagulls only lost 1-0, via a Lewis Dunk own goal, when they came to Old Trafford in November.
Chris Hughton's side were rolled over too easily at Everton last week but they will be well organised and if United to win, they will have to earn it.
Lawro's prediction: 2-0
John's prediction:I think United have got their name written on the FA Cup to be honest with you. 2-0
Manchester United v Brighton (19:45 GMT)
He's only on the bench tonight, but Glenn Murray is a man in form for Brighton, with 13 goals this season, including eight goals in his last 11 games.
He was recently featured on MOTD: The Premier League Show and opened up about his journey from non-league football to the Premier League and how he believes he has improved with age.
You can see a clip below and you can watch the full interview now available here via BBC iPlayer.
Man Utd v Brighton (19:45 GMT)
Record signing Jurgen Locadia makes his second start for Brighton since his £14m January move from PSV Eindhoven - having scored when he made his first against Coventry in round five.
He is one of five changes to the side beaten at Everton in the Premier League seven days ago. Anthony Knockaert is suspended and Gaetan Bong is injured, while goalkeeper Mat Ryan, winger Jose Izquierdo and striker Glenn Murray also make way.
Tim Krul, Markus Suttner, Solly March, Leonardo Ulloa and Locadia come in.
Brighton XI: Krul, Schelotto, Duffy, Dunk, Suttner, Kayal, Propper, Locadia, Gross, March, Ulloa.
Substitutes: Maenpaa, Bruno, Goldson, Sanders, Izquierdo, Baldock, Murray.
Manchester United v Brighton (19:45 GMT)
Alexis Sanchez and Marouane Fellaini drop to the bench as Jose Mourinho makes five changes to the Manchester United side knocked out of the Champions League by Sevilla on Tuesday.
Juan Mata, Anthony Martial, Scott McTominay and Luke Shaw come in as Marcus Rashford and Ashley Young also make way. Sergio Romero replaces David de Gea in goal. Paul Pogba is only among the substitutes.
Man Utd XI: Romero, Valencia, Bailly, Smalling, Shaw, McTominay, Matic, Mata, Lingard, Martial, Lukaku.
Substitutes: De Gea, Lindelof, Young, Fellaini, Pogba, Sanchez, Rashford.
Let's have another look at tonight's teams...
Manchester United v Brighton (19:45 GMT)
Brighton manager Chris Hughton: "What we all know about Manchester United is they have huge quality, and are only second in this division because Manchester City are having an outstanding season.
"They are going to have days that are not so good, and we'll have to make sure that we play well enough to get a result.
"To go through would be wonderful for this club. It's a big task and United will be clear favourites. What we can get confidence from is that on our last visit to Old Trafford we played very well."
These two teams met in the 1983 FA Cup final, and Brighton had a glorious opportunity to win it for the first, and only time in their history, when Gordon Smith missed a chance with only United goalkeeper Gary Bailey to beat.
The first match ended 2-2, with United winning the replay 4-0.
BBC Sport looks back at the 1983 FA Cup final between Brighton and Manchester United, as the teams prepare to meet in this year's competition.
We have two FA Cup quarter-finals tomorrow with live action of both of those games on BBC Sport.
League One Wigan host Southampton (Sunday, 13:30 GMT) before Leicester play Chelsea (Sunday, 16:30) and both ties are live on BBC One.
You can also watch every goal on BBC Sport's website and app, as well as a highlights shows on BBC One on Saturday (23:20).
BBC Radio 5 live will be providing commentary of all four ties from this round.
Swansea City 0-3 Tottenham Hotspur

A new experience at Old Trafford tonight.
Saturday night football, meaning should the game go to extra-time and penalties, the match will finish at the right time to watch Match of the Day in the media room.
Of course, should that happen, with the inevitable delays getting away from the stadium, the Brighton fans won't be getting home until dawn has broken on the south coast.

BBC Radio 5 live
Brighton midfielder Steve Sidwell spoke to BBC Radio 5 live last night and, although he will play no part tonight, is confident his team-mates can pull off a shock win.
He said: "I am still injured, it has been frustrating for me. I have had surgery on my lower back and in the rehab days I fractured my ankle. I have not played my part on the pitch, but I hope I have off the pitch.
"If you told us at the start of the season this is where we would be, we would have bitten your hand off. It is a good time to play Manchester United but there is lots that still needs to be done.
"We are going to go for it. We were unlucky at Old Trafford against them and Jose Mourinho said we played ever so well. It is a free hit. The rewards are massive to reach a cup semi-final. Go out, express yourselves and if you come out winners, fantastic."

Sho: Glad to see no Pogba and Sanchez. Both of them need to realise what it means to wear the United shirt before they put it back on again.
David: Hope Mourinho is watching the Liverpool game. They attack with speed and don't play deep. If United play deep and defend today they will lose to a team that has nothing to lose.
Liverpool, who lost 2-1 to Manchester United last Saturday, are cruising to a Premier League win over Watford. It is 4-0 to the Reds, with Mohamed Salah getting a hat-trick. Follow that one here.
Despite the wintry conditions, both teams have made it without any harm. Here is the United bus turning up at the stadium.
Well, it is not as if they had far to go.

We mentioned the snowy conditions at Old Trafford tonight and this is what we are talking about.
Check out this timelapse video of the snow being cleared from the playing surface from the Match of the Day Twitter account. It is surprisingly hypnotic.

But since then, Jose Mourinho has come out in an incredible defence of not only him, but also his side.
"I am not going to run away or disappear or to cry because I heard a few boos," said Mourinho. "I'm not going to disappear from the tunnel, running immediately; the next match, I will be the first to go out. I am not afraid of my responsibilities."
If you have not seen his 12-minute impassioned speech from his news conference yesterday, then this is well worth a watch. Enjoy.
And there was more...
Just as Mourinho was leaving that news conference he was involved in more strong discussions with the journalists. Catch that clip here...
And the reaction from the football world was savage.
This from BBC Radio 5 live pundit Ally McCoist...
"United were very poor for almost the entire 90 minutes - they were playing the game without any real urgency or tempo. Everything was done at a leisurely pace. Watching it, you would not have believed they had an opportunity to reach the last eight of the Champions League.
"It was such a massive disappointment, they showed nothing."
Ex-United captain Rio Ferdinand and Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker were among those to also be critical of Jose Mourinho's side (BBC Sport app users may need to click on the links to see the tweets)...

Manchester United fans will be expecting a big reaction tonight.
This is the club's first match since that 2-1 home loss to Sevilla on Tuesday in the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie.
United boss Jose Mourinho tried to downplay that loss, by saying a home defeat at this stage of the competition "was not something new" for the club, as they had lost to the Porto and Real Madrid sides that he managed in 2004 and 2013 respectively.
The Portuguese also added: "I don't think the performance was bad, I think the intention and the way we started was really good and positive. Sevilla has a good team and they can hide the ball and have players in midfield who are good at doing that. They did that for the majority of the time."
Not many fans or ex-players were too impressed with either United's performance or Mourinho's words.
