  1. 'Silva quick off the mark'published at 17:53 British Summer Time 22 April 2018

    Manchester City 4-0 Swansea

    Stephen Warnock
Ex-Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

Bernardo Silva takes off and Ki Sung-Yueng is still on the edge of the box. That sums Swansea up, but well played Silva, deserves a goal with his performance.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 66 mins

    Manchester City 4-0 Swansea

My knees wouldn't be able to cope with all this sitting and standing the Manchester City fans are doing. They are on their feet again, this time to applaud Kevin de Bruyne for another gold standard performance. Yaya Toure is on in his place.

Pep Guardiola has looked frustrated at times in this second-half. Manchester City are operating at a completely different level to Swansea and have looked assured of all three points since the 12th minute, but the City boss clearly has standards beyond the norm.

    Manchester City 3-0 Swansea

Damage limitation is the aim of the game for Swansea now, although you could say that's been their tactic since the first minute. The visitors have 10 men back, allowing Manchester City the time to work openings.

It feels like goal number four is only a matter time.

Jamie: As good a hit that is, a better keeper saves that from KDB, keeper can see it all the way. Or am I being harsh?

    Maybe a tad, Jamie...

Crucial, crucial block by Mike van der Hoorn as he cuts out Kevin de Bruyne's driven cross. Miss that and Gabriel Jesus was on hand to tap in.

  10. De Bruyne gets City fans cooingpublished at 17:45 British Summer Time 22 April 2018

    Manchester City 3-0 Swansea

    Chris Bevan
    BBC Sport at Etihad Stadium

That Kevin de Bruyne strike was so good, it brought gasps of delight from the Manchester City fans around me, even on its third or fourth replay on the big screens.

The blue sky and sunshine did not last long at Etihad Stadium, but the home side's utter dominance of this game shows no sign of changing.

Rajeev: That was a tracer bullet from Kevin de Bruyne.

Deldude: Oh oh oh my God! Like and arrow to the top...de Bruyne slices the ball like an arrow to the roof of the Swansea net. Goal of the season contender.

  12. CLOSE!published at 57 mins

    Manchester City 3-0 Swansea

A lesser-spotted chance for Swansea! Alfie Mawson, all too often the Swans' best player, rises to meet a cross but puts his header just over.

  13. 'Absolutely crisp'published at 17:42 British Summer Time 22 April 2018

    Manchester City 3-0 Swansea

    Stephen Warnock
Ex-Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

What a hit! Absolutely crisp. One touch, another to set himself and unleashes an absolute rocket. Fabianski has no chance of saving that.

    Kevin de Bruyne (55 mins)

    What a strike!

Manchester City are having little joy trying to crack open the Swansea defence in this half so Kevin de Bruyne decides to try something different, letting flying with a fierce effort from distance that whistles through the defence and beyond Lukasz Fabianski. No chance of stopping that one.

    Manchester City 2-0 Swansea

Lovely ball by David Silva finds Kevin de Bruyne on the left side of the box. He feigns to cut inside Kyle Naughton before cracking an effort towards the near post but is just wide.

  16. Postpublished at 48 mins

Huge cheer around the stadium as Benjamin Mendy warms up. The full-back has not played since September because of injury.

Mendy needs to make one more appearance to be assured of a Premier League winner's medal.

  19. 'City by far the best'published at 17:25 British Summer Time 22 April 2018

    Manchester City 2-0 Swansea

    Stephen Warnock
Ex-Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

City have by far been the best team. Their intricacy and one-touch passing around the box has been excellent. Swansea are in need of a big team talk to get themselves back into this game.
