    Southampton 2-1 Bournemouth

What a save from Asmir Begovic!

The Bournemouth stopper was diving the wrong way after Shane Long diverted Charlie Austin's hopeful effort back across goal, but Begovic pokes out a toe to save.

  2. CLOSE!published at 16:25 British Summer Time 28 April 2018

    Burnley 0-0 Brighton

Sam Vokes, with his first touch of the ball, has a huge chance to put Burnley in front.

James Tarkowski flicks on a long, diagonal free-kick and it drifts all the way to the Clarets substitute in the six-yard box, but Vokes can only tickle it goalwards with the end of his boot.

Pete Gillespie: We cant go down, we won't get into Europe, but we're still playing like relegation strugglers and refusing to shoot. Our survey said it, our fans are singing it and now you're reading it. Allardyce out.

    Newcastle 0-1 West Brom

West Brom have been impressive again today. They are well on top and pushing for a second goal. It's all come a bit too late hasn't it - though as it stands they won't go down this afternoon.

UNLESS Swansea win a bit later on.

Harry: The cheek of Albrighton to be up in Mike Dean's face, pointing his finger at him! Two handed pull to the ground when last man is a red card every single time.

Owen: Stupid from Albrighton - but not a sending off as the keeper would have got the ball 1st so NOT a goal scoring opportunity. Owen, Camden

    Burnley 0-0 Brighton

Half a chance for Ashley Westwood, but he lashes an effort into several Brighton defenders and it rebounds to hit the Burnley midfielder and loop high into the air.

    Brighton defending resolutely.

    Burnley 0-0 Brighton

A few groans at Turf Moor as a pass goes astray for a Brighton throw-in. Burnley have been pressing, but without really threatening the Brighton goal.

Aaron Lennon, you'll be relieved to know, has drifted back out to the left.

    Southampton 2-1 Bournemouth

Southampton looking to slow this one down a little now they've reestablished their lead.

A massive three points up for grabs.

  12. Postpublished at 16:18 British Summer Time 28 April 2018

    Newcastle 0-1 West Brom

It's all a bit flat at St James'. Half chance for West Brom though as Salomon Rondon slides in and slams a shot over the top. On the stretch. Tough.

  13. 'A try-saving tackle'published at 16:16 British Summer Time 28 April 2018

    Crystal Palace 2-0 Leicester

    Danny Mills
Former England defender on Final Score

That's a Heineken Cup tackle from Marc Albrighton there. It's a try-saving tackle. It's obviously a straight red.

Amrul Choudhury: I can see Bournemouth fans getting bored of "just staying up" next season. Just the way the world works, fans are as ambitious as owners. Eddie Howe will go next season.

  15. Tadic holds his nervepublished at 16:16 British Summer Time 28 April 2018

    Southampton 2-1 Bournemouth

    Garth Crooks
BBC Sport football expert on Final Score

It's all about holding your nerve at this stage, and Dusan Tadic has done just that. He's picked up the ball 30 yards out, carried it forward, and whipped it in. Great play from Tadic.

Not much of note taking place at Turf Moor, except Sean Dyche seems to have reinvented Aaron Lennon as a central midfielder?

Looks dangerous when he gets on the ball, the former Tottenham and Everton winger.

  17. 'A measured finish'published at 16:14 British Summer Time 28 April 2018

    Southampton 2-1 Bournemouth

    Efan Ekoku

You cannot do that as a defender. Steve Cook tries to chest it down, either head it out or launch it.

Southampton have three-on-three. Tadic, unmarked, strides into the area and toe pokes it with power past Begovic.

A great finish, very measured, knew exactly what he wanted to do.

  18. RED CARD - Marc Albrightonpublished at 16:14 British Summer Time 28 April 2018

    Crystal Palace 2-0 Leicester

It had been all Leicester since the break but they are down to 10 men now - and they are not hapy about it!

Wilfried Zaha toes the ball away from Marc Albrighton, who is the last man and hauls the winger down. He was a long way from goal and I'm not sure he would have caught up with the ball but it's a clear foul.
