    First up, West Brom will be relegated today unless they beat Newcastle.

    But even that will not be enough if Swansea beat Chelsea in the late kick-off.

    Stoke are currently in action against Liverpool, and can also be relegated this weekend if they lose and several other results go against them.

    Defeat at Anfield coupled with a win for Swansea, plus a draw or more for Huddersfield, West Ham and Crystal Palace, would relegate the Potters.

    Southampton are also in a precarious position, but have a game in hand on the others in the bottom three.

    Here's a quick glance across the British footballing landscape to see what could happen this weekend...

    • Celtic can clinch the Scottish title
    • Wycombe, Raith or Ayr, and Montrose or Peterhead can be promoted
    • West Brom, Stoke, Burton, Barnsley, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Barnet and Queen's Park or Albion Rovers can be relegated
    • Wigan and Accrington (who are already promoted) can clinch their divisional titles
    • Man Utd and Liverpool can qualify for the Champions League
    • Burnley can secure a Europa League place
