  1. Late drama to come?published at 16:08 British Summer Time 14 April 2018

    Crystal Palace 3-2 Brighton

    David Pleat
Former Tottenham manager on BBC Radio 5 live

I wonder if Palace will get nervous if the game stays this scoreline until the final stages. They've conceded so many late goals recently that things could get dicey later on. Loftus-Cheek is tucking in and that could leave a bit of space for Brighton full-back Schelotto to get forward more regularly in this second half.

    Swansea 0-1 Everton

More work for Jordan Pickford as the Everton keeper rushes out of his goal to clear. Great start for the home side to this half.

Andy King maybe gets carried away with a swipe at a loose ball on the edge of the box. He believed... but sent his shot into orbit.

  3. Ryan having a wordpublished at 16:04 British Summer Time 14 April 2018

    Crystal Palace 3-2 Brighton

    Andrew Gillies
BBC Radio 5 live at Selhurst Park

Interesting to see Mat Ryan the Brighton goalkeeper in animated conversation with the coaching staff as he left the pitch at halftime. Ryan was at fault for the first goal but lamentable defending left him exposed for the second despite his heroics - and Schelotto completely lost Zaha for Palace’s third.

  4. CHANCE!published at 16:04 British Summer Time 14 April 2018

    Swansea 0-1 Everton

Great early chance for Swansea - Tom Carroll jumps to meet a loose clearance by Michael Keane but the midfielder can't get any power on his header, Jordan Pickford gathers safely.

Aleksander: The result in the early kick-off seem to have given Palace and Brighton a lot more freedom and less pressure, knowing they can pull away from the bottom three. A Saints win would have made for a nervous game.

In case you missed it earlier, Southampton blew a two-goal lead at home to Chelsea, losing 3-2 to Antonio Conte's side.

You can catch up on that one here.

Maybe it's a result that's being discussed right now in the dressing rooms at Palace, Swansea and Huddersfield.

So far it's only Palace who are taking advantage - they are moving six points clear of the relegation zone as we stand.

    HT: Crystal Palace 3-2 Brighton

Entertaining, colourful, passionate. We couldn't have had much more action here. It's been a fascinating and inventive game, especially from Zaha who has teased and tantalised so far. The more attractive team has been Palace and they deserve the lead. There has been some poor defending from set plays and it has been a great game to watch.

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 14 April 2018

    Crystal Palace 3-2 Brighton

Five goals before the break, all we needed was a couple of red cards too. Great game.

Oooh! Riyad Mahrez fires just wide from a free-kick and that is half-time. They are getting closer...

  14. 'Unlucky for Naughton'published at 15:46 British Summer Time 14 April 2018

    Swansea 0-1 Everton

    Stephen Warnock
    Ex-Liverpool defender on Final Score

You have to feel for Kyle Naughton, he has thrown his body on the line and it has bounced off him. Hopefully the goal brings the game to life for Swansea.

  15. CHANCE!published at 15:46 British Summer Time 14 April 2018

    Burnley 2-0 Leicester

Another big chance goes begging! Jamie Vardy heads straight at Nick Pope from a very good position - can't have been more than six or seven yards out, but that's easy to collect for the Burnley keeper.

GOAL - Swansea 0-1 Evertonpublished at 15:43 British Summer Time 14 April 2018

Kyle Naughton own goal (43 mins)

Just bizarre! It eventually goes in off Kyle Naughton's face after Yannick Bolasie has a shot well saved and Idrissa Gueye can't convert the follow-up.

The referee waited for the goal-line technology to buzz on his wrist - then sends Everton's players punching the air in delight. Swansea thought they had cleared the deflection off the line.

    Huddersfield 0-0 Watford

Tidy play from the Watford midfield - Will Hughes and Abdoulaye Doucoure responding quickly to some high pressure from the Huddersfield chasing pack. They want to force things, but Watford doing well to keep them at arm's length.

  19. CHANCE!published at 15:41 British Summer Time 14 April 2018

    Swansea 0-0 Everton

A big chance too in this very tight match. Michael Keane gets a bite at the spills of a half-cleared cross that is bouncing loose in the box but the centre-back can only head over the bar under pressure from a pair of white Swansea shirts around him.

  20. 'Brighton not panicking'published at 15:39 British Summer Time 14 April 2018

    Crystal Palace 3-2 Brighton

    Dion Dublin
Ex-Aston Villa striker on Final Score

Chris Hughton won't allow them to be whipping boys. Palace have been outstanding, but Brighton are not panicking. They are under the cosh, they are second best but they are not panicking.
