    What happened to the dab?

  2. 'Great first-half'published at 18:11 British Summer Time 21 April 2018

    Manchester United 1-1 Tottenham

    Alan Shearer
Former Newcastle striker on BBC One

That was a brilliant first-half. Spurs were better than United in the first 20 minutes and they got the goal they deserved. Jose Mourinho went absolutely berserk and then United livened up and got back in the game with a bit of quality. Great first 45 minutes.

  3. On a knife edgepublished at 18:06 British Summer Time 21 April 2018

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Wembley

This was a first-half that flew past in the blink of an eye and it is a perfectly balanced FA Cup semi-final.

Manchester United survived a siege to fight their way back into contention but it ended with dangerous moments from Spurs. The Wembley crowd is living every second of this.

  7. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 46 mins

    Manchester United 1-1 Tottenham

Eric Dier has a free hit from about 30 yards and his shot ricochets off the post.

Not sure anyone expected that, especially not De Gea who stood still and watched.

  8. Postpublished at 18:00 British Summer Time 21 April 2018

    Manchester United 1-1 Tottenham

    Danny Murphy
Former England midfielder on BBC One

I think Pogba had to take the shot on there. He has got two good feet so it was worth an effort at goal but it didn't really trouble the keeper.

  10. Postpublished at 45 mins

    Manchester United 1-1 Tottenham

Alexis Sanchez is putting in a shift here, a player with a point to prove.

He is chasing down everything, winning back lost causes.

Paul Pogba is also playing well and he tries to curl one past Michel Vorm but the Dutchman turns the shot around his far post.

    Manchester United 1-1 Tottenham

After a lull in the game, Son Heung-Min accelerates into the box and wins a corner.

But it's poor and David de Gea gathers it easily.

The Spaniard then launches a counter-attack and United are suddenly back in the Spurs box.

  12. Mourinho's men get a footholdpublished at 17:54 British Summer Time 21 April 2018

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Wembley

Alexis Sanchez's equaliser came from nowhere just as Spurs were threatening to over-run Manchester United and we were hearing the first sounds of frustration from their fans.

Now the mood has changed as United at least look more settled, if not entirely comfortable, in this FA Cup semi-final.

Jose Mourinho will have wanted his big players to make a significant contribution and in a moment Paul Pogba and Sanchez did exactly that.

The mood among United's fans is much better now. This first half has flown by.

  13. Postpublished at 36 mins

    Manchester United 1-1 Tottenham

Paul Pogba catches Son Heung-Min and it's another free-kick to Spurs, this time on the right.

It's a mis-hit from Christian Eriksen and United clear.

  14. Postpublished at 34 mins

Ander Herrera fouls Harry Kane just less than 40 yards from goal.

    Within Christian Eriksen's range?

Instead of shooting he sends a low pass towards Kieran Trippier, who clips the ball to the back post but United clear and counter through Romelu Lukaku.

Lee: Where are all the Pogba and Sanchez haters now?

Jerry: Was typing MUFC playing with 9 players and Pogba and Sanchez, when they combined to conjure that equalizer!

  17. 'A man of his quality was never missing'published at 17:44 British Summer Time 21 April 2018

    Manchester United 1-1 Tottenham

    Danny Murphy
Former England midfielder on BBC One

What can you say about this man Sanchez? He always turns up at Wembley.

A man of his quality was never missing from there. It comes after good strength from Pogba and it's a good header. He gets up early and guides it back across.

Yes he's had a slow start to life at Man United but there's no doubting his quality.

  18. Postpublished at 30 mins

    Manchester United 1-1 Tottenham

Another chance for United as Jesse Lingard mistimes a header in the box.

Antonio Valencia has been booked for a challenge on Dele Alli and Son Heung-Min is booked for fouling Sanchez.

    Non-stop action at Wembley, it's a corker.
