    • West Brom will be relegated if they fail to beat Tottenham. They will even be relegated without kicking a ball if Stoke win the early kick-off and will also be down if Swansea avoid defeat or Southampton win.
    • Stoke will be relegated if they lose to Crystal Palace. If the Potters draw, they’re down if Swansea avoid defeat or Southampton win. Even if Stoke win, they’re down in the unlikely event that Southampton, Swansea, Huddersfield (who don’t play until Sunday) and West Ham all win.
    • Crystal Palace, Bournemouth and Watford will be mathematically safe if they win today.

West Brom caretaker boss Darren Moore on his manager of the month nomination: "It's great to be nominated with those calibre of managers, it really, really is - I am honoured.

"But I will share that nomination with everybody here at West Brom. The reason I can sit up here and talk about it is because of the tremendous work everybody has done behind the scenes."

While it would take a remarkable run of results for West Brom to pull off the greatest of great escapes, external, the mere fact they have even the slightest glimmer of hope is testament to the superb job Darren Moore has done - and with reports claiming the Baggies are looking to appoint a new boss in the next fortnight, his name surely has to be in the frame.

While West Brom need a miracle, Spurs are comfortably heading for Champions League qualification. Winning their final three matches would guarantee a third-placed finish as well.

Recent meetings also suggest the game gives Harry Kane a good opportunity to narrow the gap on Mohamed Salah in the race for the Golden Boot.

West Brom's Nacer Chadli is fit to face his previous club Spurs after recovering from a hip injury.

Gareth Barry and James Morrison remain unavailable and are unlikely to feature again this season.

Tottenham will check on the fitness of Mousa Dembele, who was forced off with an ankle sprain against Watford.

Danny Rose is also doubtful as he continues to recover from a calf injury, and Harry Winks remains sidelined with an ankle problem.

Leicester v West Ham (15:00 BST)

Leicester will be without the suspended Marc Albrighton following his sending off at Crystal Palace last week.

Vicente Iborra's hamstring injury will be assessed while Kasper Schmeichel and Shinji Okazaki are also doubts.

Andy Carroll is included in the West Ham squad after apologising for his conduct as an unused substitute during last week's defeat by Manchester City.

Joe Hart is available, having been ineligible last weekend, but Pedro Obiang and James Collins are out.

    Here we go:

West Brom will be relegated today unless they beat Tottenham - but even then, they will go down if Swansea avoid defeat, or if either Stoke or Southampton win (that's because Swansea still have to play Southampton and Stoke).

Stoke are playing at home to Crystal Palace right now - they are 1-0 up with the second half about to start.

    You can follow that here.

The Potters will be relegated if they lose to Palace, while if they draw they will go down if Swansea avoid defeat at Bournemouth or Southampton win at Everton.

Even if Stoke do win today, they can go down if four of their relegation rivals - West Ham/Huddersfield/Swansea/Southampton - all win this weekend.

By 17:00 BST, both Stoke and West Brom could be down - not even maths would save them.

So let's settle in and take a trip around the grounds before everything gets under way. All will become clear...
