    Manuel Lanzini (39 mins)

Another nail in the Big Sam coffin? West Ham get what they just about deserve, Manuel Lanzini latching on to a loose ball and clinically converting.

Everton set to slip to ninth as it stands with Leicester winning at Spurs.

    Southampton 0-0 Man City

Raheem Sterling has the pace and strength to burrow away from his marker and burst into space but his 20-yarder is well over the top.

  3. goal

GOAL - Huddersfield 0-1 Arsenalpublished at 15:39 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Pierre-Emerick Aubamayang (38 mins)

The perfect send-off is on the cards... Arsenal take the lead with a typically Wenger-style goal.

Slick, intricate play from the Gunners, involving Alexandre Lacazette and Aaron Ramsey, ends with Pierre-Emerick Aubamayang knocking in the opener from close range.

Arsene Wenger barely flinches, except to take a swig of water.

Tony: Isn't it great when all 20 teams are playing at once, even if there's very little on the line

Felix: Over at St. James Park, Mo Diame is having the game of his career. Running the show

    Liverpool 1-0 Brighton

Liverpool are spurning plenty of chances - Roberto Firmino the latest culprit.

    West Ham 0-0 Everton

Standard of end-of-season stuff in Stratford. West Ham are showing more intent than their visitors, Joao Mario going closest in the game's best chance.

Meanwhile, I really hope Sam Allardyce's earpiece is drowning out the noise of the crowd. All four sides are giving him stick... the home and away fans joining in unison for a chorus of 'You're getting sacked in the morning'...

  7. goal

GOAL - Man Utd 1-0 Watfordpublished at 15:35 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Marcus Rashford (34 mins)

That's how you deal with a tap-in! Michael Carrick plays a lovely ball over the top, Juan Mata is in on goal but has the wherewithal to just slot it into the path of Marcus Rashford, who shows Chris Wood how to finish. Little tap-in, lovely.

    Burnley 0-0 Bournemouth

Miss of the season! Oh, he's saved by the flag!

Aaron Lennon serves up a tap-in on a plate for Chris Wood but he somehow balloons it from about two yards out. Huge miss - grateful to see that Lennon was offside no doubt...

    Huddersfield 0-0 Arsenal

Arsenal have not offered much in the Huddersfield third, apart form a couple of half chances for Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Sead Kolasinac.

Forgot to mention in that flurry of goals... there was a nice moment in the 22nd minute when the whole stadium rose to give Arsene Wenger a standing ovation.

  10. goal

GOAL - Swansea 1-1 Stokepublished at 15:31 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Badou Ndiaye (31 mins)

Ah, against the run of play Stoke may have scuppered any slimmest of slim hopes still held by the Swans fans.

It's actually a very good goal indeed as Xherdan Shaqiri breaks away and plays a perfect ball over the top, Badou Ndiaye tames the ball after an unhelpful bounce and manages to lift a clinical lob over the keeper and in. There's no celebration at all.

Manchester United are yet to click into gear as Marcos Rojo screws a miscued effort wide from the edge of the area.

    Liverpool 1-0 Brighton

How is it not 2-0?? Sadio Mane is clean through, this time squaring to a team-mate.. Mo Salah. His shot is saved by Mat Ryan but Salah has another pop... and Shane Duffy somehow clears off the line.

    Burnley 0-0 Bournemouth

Jack Cork slides a shot wide at the edge of the area after Chris Wood's header across goal had caused a modicum of panic in the Cherries box. Decent, open game, with nothing riding on it.

    Southampton 0-0 Man City

Kevin de Bruyne is flattened by a heavy challenge, Leroy Sane whips in the free-kick which is blocked in the wall and away.

    Swansea 1-0 Stoke

Stoke are doing their best to make Swansea look like a good side - as they go down. Which is almost impressive. No pressure or challenges at all.

  16. goal

GOAL - Liverpool 1-0 Brightonpublished at 15:26 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Mohamed Salah (26 mins)

Guess who? Yep, it is Mohamed Salah... and it's a record-breaking 32nd Premier League goal of the season for the Liverpool forward.

The mood of Anfield has been lifted considerably by Salah's strike and news filtering in from Newcastle. They're heading into the Champions League next season...

Still no sign of a City breakthrough. If they draw today they will end the season on 98 points. Still a record but you'd want the 100 wouldn't you...

  20. goal

GOAL - Newcastle 1-0 Chelseapublished at 15:23 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Dwight Gayle (23 mins)

Bad news for Chelsea's slim Champions League dreams... Dwight Gayle catches the Blues defence napping, pouncing on a loose ball to head in after Thibaut Courtois can only palm out Jacob Murphy's looping header.
