If you got Saudi Arabia in your work sweepstake, I'd say you can write off your money...

If you could write the script to that Russian substitution, it would be bring the big man on, and get the ball in the box for him to get on the end of it. That is exactly what has happened. Game over

Another Saudi sub as Hattan Bahebri replaces Yahya Al Shehri.

Jermaine Jenas
Former England midfielder
He doesn't need to do much, just make a contact. What a way to introduce yourself into the game.

If this was a five-a-side World Cup tournament, I think Saudi Arabia would do very well, and might even win it.
But you cannot play 5-a-side on a full-size pitch.
Artem Dzyuba
It's a rout! Russia brought on the big man and they've played to his strengths.
Artem Dzyuba scores with maybe his second touch as he powers home Aleksandr Golovin's right-wing cross with his head.

Unfortunately we have a much lower level of standard than we are all used to seeing.

Russia 2-0 Saudi Arabia
Almost a third for Russia. Yuri Gazinskiy's low shot is palmed by keeper Abdullah Al-Mayoof straight to Fedor Smolov. Luckily, the keeper is alert enough to recover and deny the striker.

Saudi Arabia are going with two up front now, so at least they are going to have a go and try and get back in the game.
Russia 2-0 Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia have had 62.4% of possession after 60 minutes, their highest at a World Cup. Not used it well though.

Those who complain about the quality of the football are missing the point. It's the World Cup. It's about the contrasting football cultures, the global fans, the colour and the pride of representing your country on The Greatest Show on Earth.

Russia 2-0 Saudi Arabia
Russia make their second change as Daler Kuzyaev replaces Aleksandr Samedov in midfield.
Fahad al Muwallad is a speedy winger who scored the goal against Japan that saw Saudi Arabia secure a World Cup spot for the first time since 2006.
The 23-year-old scored five goals in 12 qualifiers, all of them coming from the bench.
Former Saudi Arabia striker Sami al Jaber has likened Fahad to Argentina great Lionel Messi.
Unlike Messi though, he had little impact in La Liga with Levante during a loan spell in the second half of last season.
Russia 2-0 Saudi Arabia
Fahad Al Muwallad is on - Abdullah Otayf is off.
That's an attacker for a midfielder - they are going for it.
