Something is not right in that Germany camp. The amount of changes every game, five today, players massively under-performing. It is not the Germany we know, I expect to see big changes,

It's taken 12 years, but finally some justice for that Frank Lampard no goal. It's coming home.

I wonder if Manuel Neuer is wishing he hadn't bothered rushing back for the World Cup. He hasn't played a club game since September because of injury.

Ruth: The last two minutes of that game were more exciting than the 94 minutes before it

Reck: What's happened to Germany is what is currently happening to Man United under Mourinho. Move with the times...

Stavros: The truth is, that some teams (England included) are licking their lips after this. The path to glory just became a little easier.

Tom Jebb: Germany have been awful throughout the tournament but fair plays Korea stepping up in their last game. Defended really well and when they caught Germany out, they took their chances.

  9. 'Germany don't deserve to progress'published at 17:29 British Summer Time 27 June 2018

    South Korea 2-0 Germany

    Didier Drogba
Phoenix Rising and former Ivory Coast striker on BBC One

What a day, what a game. The last winner is out, but really it is not surprising, given their performance in the first game, they struggled against Sweden. After the late goal we thought they were back, but another poor performance today. They don't deserve to go through.

If you can't watch the video, look where Manuel Neuer was when he lost the ball - and how long that pass was from Ju Se-jong to Son Heung-min.

This will fall on Joachim Low for the way he organised the team. There was no real balance to the side. The players will take a hammering but most of it will be for Low. I think they underestimated South Korea and it didn't make sense to put Khedira and Ozil back in. A terrible day for Germany.
