    Chris Sutton

Tthat was an absolutely outstanding save by Jung, who threw himself to his right-hand side to keep the ball out.

  6. YELLOW CARDpublished at 48 mins

    South Korea 0-0 Germany

Wonderful save from South Korea goalkeeper Cho Hyun-Woo to keep this game level. This is Germany's best moment of the game as Joshua Kimmich crosses for Leon Goretzka - but his header is excellently tipped away.

At the other end Cho Hyun-woo has a chance but takes far too long and can't get a shot away. He ends up being booked for fouling Toni Kroos.

    South Korea 0-0 Germany

First chance is to South Korea but Jung Woo-young's 23-yard shot is held by Manuel Neuer, who doesn't fumble this one.

  8. 'Germany lacking presence in the box'published at 16:04 British Summer Time 27 June 2018

    South Korea 0-0 Germany

    Alan Shearer
Former Newcastle striker on BBC One

It wouldn't surprise me if Germany make a change within the first 10 or 15 minutes to give them a change of direction and some presence in the box, because that has been lacking.

  9. KICK-OFFpublished at 46 mins

    South Korea 0-0 Germany

    No changes from either team.

Players come back out for the second half. Hopefully the managers have had some words. Remember a Sweden goal in the other game could knock Germany out. And South Korea can still go through.

  11. 'Gomez would offer more than Werner'published at 15:59 British Summer Time 27 June 2018

    South Korea 0-0 Germany

    Jermaine Jenas
Former England midfielder on BBC One

I think Germany are giving it a go, but I think there is a lack of quality in the final third. Werner may be better one-on-one but in terms of goals, I think Gomez would offer Germany more than Werner at the moment.

    South Korea 0-0 Germany

    Didier Drogba
Phoenix Rising and former Ivory Coast striker on BBC One

As you would expect, Germany have had the possession, but it's actually Korea who have had the best chances.

  16. 'Germany have been pathetic'published at 15:50 British Summer Time 27 June 2018

    South Korea 0-0 Germany

    Chris Sutton
Ex-Chelsea striker on BBC Radio 5 live

South Korea probably should be ahead on chances. But Germany have been pathetic. Another showing like this in the second half and they could be on their way home. I thought they would carry the momentum into this game but they haven't played like a side with real desperation.

Germany have failed to lead at half-time in all of their three group games at the World Cup for the first time since 1986.

Whilst Germany are unbeaten in their last five World Cup matches that have been level at half-time (W4 D1) since a 1-0 defeat to Spain in 2010, South Korea have won only one of their 12 World Cup games that have been level at the break (D5 L6) - a 1-0 win over Portugal in 2002.

  18. Who is going through so far?published at 15:49 British Summer Time 27 June 2018

    HT: South Korea 0-0 Germany

No changes in either game so far - both goalless at the break.

Germany will finish second in the group through their head-to-head record against Sweden (won 2-1).

Mexico are top, needing just a point against Sweden. South Korea are going home unless they can get a win and hope other results/permutations go their way.
