Aberdeen have put so much into this. Even if they do go out tonight then they can hold their heads high. They’ve done Scottish football proud with their performances over these two legs. I think not a lot of people would have given them any hope, certainly nobody from south of the border and they’ll have proved a few people wrong with their performances.

There are only two other games still on - Lech Poznan are beating Shakhtyor Soligorsk in extra time.

And Andorrans Santa Coloma lead Valur Reykjavik 1-0 on aggregate (it's 0-0 tonight in the second half).

Burnley are 10 minutes away from progress and a trip to Istanbul to face Emmanuel Adebayor and co. Or will Adebayor have to go to Aberdeen?

If Aberdeen score they are through, it’s as simple as that. It’s still all to play for but it’s not looking so good as it was. Aberdeen do look a little bit tired now, that goal has definitely affected them.

Good ball in! Stevie May attacks it at the near post and he just can't get there as Aberdeen come out swinging.

Remember, one goal for the Scottish side would put them through on away goals. Don't go anywhere!

It’s all about the quality of the ball. It’s really good build-up play from Burnley with three or four really crisp passes.

The quality of the cross in from Charlie Taylor is absolutely magnificent and the timing of the run and the header from my old team-mate Jack Cork is superb as well. A really high quality goal but heart-breaking for Aberdeen.

Can Aberdeen respond? If they do equalise then they would be going through on away goals so all is not lost.

Stevie May's free-kick causes mayhem in the Turf Moor area but Burnley clear.

It’s a fantastic ball in. Aberdeen have defended them really well but all it takes is one lapse in concentration or in this case one fantastic run. He steals in there, there was a big gap, and he rifles it in there. Great header, nothing the goalkeeper can do.

Some people might suggest that Derek McInnes takes off a big man and they then concede from a cross but that's nothing to do with it. It was from open play so the striker wouldn't have been back there anyway.

Sevilla, who have won this tournament five times, are into the next round after beating Ujpest 3-1 (7-1 on aggregate).

Stevie May is on for Aberdeen. He may finally become a Preston hero if he knocks Burnley out tonight.

The Dons haven't really got going in extra time yet.

The Aberdeen fans are still all smiles as their team push for a winner. Regardless of result, not sure this fella will be looking quite as chipper by the time his train trundles into Carstairs in 10 hours...
