  1. CLOSE!published at 16:30 British Summer Time 18 August 2018

    Everton 2-1 Southampton

    This could have looped in.

Everton think they have cleared a corner but Nathan Redmond smashes a shot back into the danger area.

Mario Lemina pokes a foot out to direct it on target, but Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford is able to make the stop.

    Tottenham 1-1 Fulham

Jeez Fabri. The Fulham keeper makes a right mess of a routine catch, which he spills against his own knee. The ball is momentarily free for a Spurs player to potentially send goalwards before the keeper reacts to scramble it back.

  3. 'Not a pretty tackle'published at 16:29 British Summer Time 18 August 2018

Even seeing the replays of Jamie Vardy's tackle I have to keep turning away. He's trying to win the ball back and it's the follow through that has got him sent off. Not a pretty one to look at.

    Tottenham 1-1 Fulham

Tottenham are knocking on the door, but Fulham aren't in the mood to let them in. This could be a long 20 minutes for the Cottagers.

In my opinion, the right decision by Mike Dean to send Jamie Vardy off.

  6. CLOSE!published at 16:27 British Summer Time 18 August 2018

    Everton 2-1 Southampton

Brilliant football from Everton, slicing Southampton with intricate play.

Gylfi Sigurdsson slides a pass in to Theo Walcott for his second...and he drags it wide.

  7. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 16:26 British Summer Time 18 August 2018

    Everton 2-1 Southampton

A third for Everton, Theo Walcott strokes in his second.

Nope, Gylfi Sigurdsson is flagged offside.

  8. RED CARDpublished at 16:25 British Summer Time 18 August 2018

    Leicester 2-0 Wolves

    Jamie Vardy is off!

He can't have any complaints either. He loses one challenges and the mist descends as he throws himself, high and dangerous, into a challenge on Matt Doherty.

    Out comes the straight red.

Wolves given a potential lifeline back into this game.

    What a turnaround.

Two goals in five minutes from Bournemouth.

Steve Cook holds off Angelo Ogbonna at the back post to dive and head in from Ryan Fraser's chipped free-kick.

The West Ham fans cannot believe what they are seeing.

  10. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:23 British Summer Time 18 August 2018

    Tottenham 1-1 Fulham

Change for Spurs. A forward-looking one. Davinson Sanchez, a defender, is replaced by Mousa Dembele, a midfielder.

Betiku: That's an impressive goal from Fulham. At least 30 difficult passes under pressure from Spurs before the goal.

Belete: Fulham playing like Barcelona in the second half.

Javel Bleach: Mitrovic's foot was offside, but I guess he headed it so it's cool. 1-1

  14. Postpublished at 16:18 British Summer Time 18 August 2018

Chance for Wolves. Moutinho opens up the Leicester defence to find Raul Jimenez, but his low shot is blocked by Kasper Schmeichel.

  15. goal

GOAL - West Ham 1-1 Bournemouthpublished at 16:18 British Summer Time 18 August 2018

    Callum Wilson (60 mins)

    What a goal.

Callum Wilson picks the ball up on the halfway line then runs.

    And runs.

    And runs.

He beats four West Ham defenders, Pablo Zabaleta comes in with a last ditch challenge, but Wilson is able to stroke a left-footed finish into the corner.

All square...and a big dose of commentator's curse from BBC Radio 5 live's Steve Crossman.

Adama Traore has made a difference. The turn of pace is ridiculous.

Leicester are terrified every time he gets the ball, resorting so far to knacking him before he has chance to motor.

  18. 'Ings deserved to score'published at 16:16 British Summer Time 18 August 2018

    Everton 2-1 Southampton

    Alex Scott
Ex-Arsenal Ladies & England international on Final Score

Southampton were poor in the first half but for the chances they did have, the man getting on the ball and making things happen was Danny Ings.

He deserves to score. We talked about how hard it can be coming back from injury and it was a great finish.

  19. Postpublished at 16:16 British Summer Time 18 August 2018

    Everton 2-1 Southampton

Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina is a very lucky boy to still be on the pitch.

Already on a booking, he goes for a 50-50 challenge with Idrissa Gueye and is late on the Everton man, but Lee Mason awards only a free-kick.

Toffees players come across and enquire about another yellow card, but Mason tells them to go away.

  20. Postpublished at 16:16 British Summer Time 18 August 2018

    Leicester 2-0 Wolves

Leicester looking to manage the game now. Wolves brimming with intent, bordering on desperation, but the Foxes are playing keep-ball. Demarai Gray remains the spark through which the home side could catch fire again.
