You might see three changes from Manchester United at half time, it has been that poor. They are not offering a threat, not defending well, the midfield are not protecting the ball. A lot to do at half time.

Khael: Have Lindelof and Bailly not met each other before today's match?

Omollo-Juma: You cannot blame Jose for silly individual mistakes on the pitch. Players must take responsibility too.

You can see the frustration in David de Gea, he can't believe he hasn't saved this.

Pascal Gross has not had a great half, and that is not the best penalty you will ever see.

    Pascal Gross

    Brighton

    Brighton are in dreamland.

Eric Bailly's poor challenge proves so costly for Manchester United.

Pascal Gross picks himself up and although it is an unconvincing penalty, which hits David de Gea's hip, it ends up in the roof of the net.

Louis: Everyone acting like every game should be a walk in the park. This is the Premier League, even City had to grind out a few wins last season. Just because City had a big win this week doesn't mean United have to as well. Overreaction at everything United do.

Richard: People can hate on Mourinho all they like, but the players aren't performing. Pogba doing nothing, Martial doing nothing, defenders not paying attention. What good are players who only perform 50% of the time? Maybe Jose is right, the players aren't good enough.

A very fortunate goal, but United put the ball in the right area.

Romelu Lukaku is on the move, on the six yards line and gets a tiny glancing header, Mathew Ryan can't react at that distance. It's put them back in this game.

    Man Utd

    Back in it.

Raining goals at the Amex Stadium.

United get a corner which Brighton do not clear.

Luke Shaw shows excellent commitment and bravery to win a loose ball ahead of two home defenders and it loops back into the area.

The ball then drops nicely for Romelu Lukaku to head home free from inside the six yard box.

The Meme Man: This is beyond pathetic. After seeing what City just did, this is our response? Mourinho has to start taking responsibility for the this...

Mike: My god Utd are absolute garbage these days

Anon: Again United pay for slow, ponderous football. Every touch is going backwards, no urgency to attack, and poor touch after poor touch. Horrendous.
