    Burnley 0-2 Man Utd

A good chance for Burnley - but still not on target.

Dwight McNeil sends in a lovely ball for Chris Wood, whose header is too weak and is saved by David de Gea.

Now the hosts have a corner...

    Watford 0-1 Tottenham

This is not the beautiful game but Tottenham are in command.

Sometimes you have to win ugly and that's exactly what Mauricio Pochettino's side are doing.

He's put in a brilliant shift for the visitors, but it's time up for Alexis Sanchez.

The Chilean is replaced by Marcus Rashford and he looks less than pleased about it.

He rips his medical tape off his body and throws it on the floor like a kid who's just been called in for tea by his mum.

    Watford 0-1 Tottenham

Watford have it all to do if they are to preserve their unbeaten start to the season. Trouble is they've managed just two shots in the opening hour - one on target.

  7. Sanchez getting more involvedpublished at 17:16 British Summer Time 2 September 2018

    Burnley 0-2 Man Utd

    BBC Sport at Turf Moor

Over the last five minutes or so, Alexis Sanchez has started to get heavily involved in Manchester United's attacks.

A brilliant piece of close control from a long Chris Smalling free-kick almost created an opportunity, as did a crossfield pass to Jesse Lingard just then.

The Chilean has been a shadow of the player he was at Arsenal since he joined United in January.

On two or three occasions in that move Watford should have dealt with that situation and didn't. They'll be disapapointed to concede in that manner. You often find that two or three mistakes will lead to a goal and Watford only have themselves to blame

    Doucouré (own goal, 54 mins)

Scrappy but Spurs have the lead.

It's a comedy of errors as far as Watford are concerned as Ben Foster is caught off his line as a cross comes in, the defence fails to clear, and Abdoulaye Doucoure inadvertently chests the ball over the line from close range.

A shocker for Watford. Suddenly Spurs have four wins out of four in their sights.

Much better from Burnley - but they're still lacking the end product.

Dwight McNeil gets a shot away, and it's blocked. Charlie Taylor swings the ball back into the box from the left and David de Gea flies into action.

    Shot on target!

Christian Eriksen from just outside the box. It's an awkward one for Ben Foster as the ball bounces in front of the keeper but he gathers cleanly.

Bad news. No change to the flow of this game. It's scrappy, both teams are sloppy in possession and there's a distinct lack of goalmouth action. Other than that...

The problem for Burnley is they can get the balk to Chris Wood up front with a bit of quality but his is so isolated. They can't get up the pitch in time to support and when they do they are susceptible to the counter attack.

    Burnley 0-2 Man Utd

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport at Turf Moor

A very handy goal indeed for Manchester United, who had enjoyed a lot of possession but too often were forced to turn back when they got near the Burnley box.

Jose Mourinho punched the air in delight as Lukaku's second hit the net also.

This is a good day for the United boss.
