  1. Postpublished at 45+5 mins

    Huddersfield 0-2 Spurs

Spurs come forward, trying to add one more before the break - but Danny Rose is actually happy enough to take the ball back towards the halfway line and eventually runs the ball out of play.

  2. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 45+3 mins

    Huddersfield 0-2 Spurs

This was Huddersfield's big chance. Erik Durm whips in a cross from the left which Laurent Depoitre meets with a fantastic first-time volley. Unfortunately for him and the Terriers, the ball comes back off the crossbar rather than over the line.

And Aaron Mooy fires over from distance seconds later.

  3. INJURY TIMEpublished at 45 mins

    Huddersfield 0-2 Spurs

Huddersfield have another throw - but it's headed away again.

We're into a few minutes of injury time for that Terence Kongolo injury earlier.

Jim Smith: I like Huddersfield but they just look so out of their depth every time I see them play.

Anon: Never game over when Spurs are playing.

  5. YELLOW CARDpublished at 44 mins

Huddersfield defender Mathias Jorgensen is a bit fired up from a minute or two ago. He shoves Harry Kane and then kicks him down. Definite yellow card.

Huddersfield defender Mathias Jorgensen unnecessarily tries to play himself out of danger and loses the ball - although Spurs can't take advantage.

Harry Kane has scored a lot of goals in the last few years but that is the first time he has scored two in an away Premier League game in 2018.

The last time he did it was at Burnley in December.

He needs one more to equal Robbie Fowler on nine Premier League hat-tricks.

Only Alan Shearer has more than that.

  8. Postpublished at 40 mins

    Huddersfield 0-2 Spurs

Cheers from Huddersfield fans as the referee gives them a free-kick for Kieran Trippier's foul on Erik Durm. Trippier thinks Durm went down easily.

  9. Postpublished at 39 mins

    Huddersfield 0-2 Spurs

Harry Kane goes down and Huddersfield fans chant 'cheat, cheat, cheat'.

It's hardly his fault if Danny Rose went down easily for the penalty...

  10. Postpublished at 39 mins

    Huddersfield 0-2 Spurs

Haven't seen a team take so many long throw-ins since Rory Delap and Stoke. Spurs actually send a defender out to mark Philip Billing - which makes no sense - as he hurls another one in.

  11. Postpublished at 37 mins

    Huddersfield 0-2 Spurs

Free-kick to Huddersfield, Toby Alderweireld misses it and Laurent Depoitre wins a corner off Eric Dier.

The home fans are still in good noise cheering on their team.

  12. Bad omenspublished at 15:35 British Summer Time 29 September 2018

    Huddersfield 0-2 Spurs

Huddersfield have yet to win a Premier League game after conceding the first goal, losing 19 of 21 matches after going 1-0 down. The only occasions they avoided defeat were away to Brighton and Southampton last season (both 1-1 draws).

    Let alone 2-0...

Lucas Moura showed admirable determination then.

First of all he chased the loose ball, then he battled with Terence Kongolo to keep the pressure on, before reacting first to set up the move from which Kane scored.

Moura wouldn't be viewed as a scrapper but that is exactly what he did then.

  16. Postpublished at 33 mins

    Huddersfield 0-1 Spurs

Huddersfield are almost level and this would have been a goal of the month contender. Philip Billing's throw is cleared to Chris Lowe, who hits a first-time swerving effort from 25 yards out which looks like it's going wide before swinging towards goal and Paulo Gazzaniga does well to push it away.

  17. Postpublished at 31 mins

    Huddersfield 0-1 Spurs

Eric Dier coughs up possession to Erik Durm, who wins a throw-in down near the corner.

Philip Billing to launch this one in.

  18. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 30 mins

Terence Kongolo gets a standing ovation as he is carried off on a stretcher. Switzerland defender Florent Hadergjonaj replaces him and moves to right-back, with Erik Durm going to the left.

    Harry Kane

Harry Kane heads Spurs into the lead with his 144th goal for the club.

Lucas Moura runs down the right and gets tackled in the box, goes down. No Huddersfield player gets to the loose ball, allowing Moura to get up again and pass the ball out to Kieran Trippier.

Trippier looks up and crosses into the head of Kane to put them ahead.
