    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

Free-kick to Spurs as Christopher Schindler just bundles over Harry Kane from behind. You wonder if Huddersfield have lost that momentum of their decent start now.

  2. Postpublished at 23 mins

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

Toby Alderweireld just launches a long ball straight into touch. He was expecting Danny Rose to be there. But the England man was nowhere to be seen.

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

That is three times Harry Kane has almost got clear from a routine punt downfield.

I suspect Huddersfield boss David Wagner would hope Tottenham have to work a bit harder than that to create an opening.

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

Huddersfield trying some flicks, but Aaron Mooy and Alex Pritchard both fail to find a team-mate with theirs.

Spurs break and Son Heung-min cuts in and lashes a shot well over the bar.

Huddersfield are playing well but Spurs have had the game's three shots.

  6. Postpublished at 17 mins

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

Jan Vertonghen is back on. Spurs don't have a centre-back on the bench so they will need a reshuffle if he ends up having to come off. Although it's only a dead leg apparently.

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

Jan Vertonghen is down getting treatment for Spurs now. He walks off the pitch unaided, but will he be back on?

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

Good defending by Christopher Schindler to tackle the rampaging Son Heung-min, whose main achievement this season has been avoiding military service in South Korea.

  9. Postpublished at 14 mins

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

Terence Kongolo is back on now after getting the treatment.

  10. Postpublished at 13 mins

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

Alex Pritchard hooks a high ball forward to Aaron Mooy, who eventually gets a cross into the box which Kieran Trippier clears.

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

A bounce-ball restarts play which Spurs pass back to Jonas Lossl. None of the illicit joy of seeing a contested drop-ball.

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

Spurs are starting to have a bit more of the ball now - Harry Kane is in down the right after a long ball but goalkeeper Jonas Lossl saves - and then crashes into team-mate Terence Kongolo, who needs treatment.

With Kongolo injured, Spurs played a cross into the box but Lucas Moura air-kicked it.

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

Almost an opportunity for Huddersfield but the ball just won't land to Laurent Depoitre and Toby Alderweireld can deal with the threat. The Terriers have had 66.7% of the ball.

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

For all that good Huddersfield play, the first chance of the game is to Spurs as Danny Rose heads wide a Kieran Trippier cross. He is shouting for a corner but I think he just headed the ball into the ground himself.

Another long Philip Billing throw-in is headed away. A moment earlier England legend Kieran Trippier did well to deny the Terriers a corner.

Beautiful day in West Yorkshire but I wonder if that might cause a problem for Huddersfield keeper Jonas Lossl.

The Dane is at the end where the sun is at its brightest and has already put his hands up a number of times to shield his eyes.

The days of goalkeepers wearing caps are gone it seems.

  17. Postpublished at 5 mins

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

A half-shout for a penalty as Chris Lowe goes down right on the edge of the box but referee Craig Pawson doesn't give anything.

Encouraging start for the winless hosts nonetheless.

    Huddersfield 0-0 Spurs

Bright start for the Terriers, now Philip Billing launches a long throw into the area but it's away.

And Jan Vertonghen denies Alex Pritchard a run at goal.

Early free-kick for Huddersfield, which Chris Lowe floats into the box but it's headed away.

    Under way in Yorkshire.
