Wolves continue to win new admirers. Their excellent performance in the draw at Manchester United persuaded more observers that Nuno's side rank as one of the best new arrivals to the Premier League in years.

Anyone who witnessed their stroll to the Championship title will know that there's more to come - and turning numerous chances into goals is their main issue.

Goals have been a long-term problem for Southampton, so Danny Ings' availability is a major boost.

He has scored three of their six so far and is surely the main threat to Wolves' unbeaten home record that stretches back to January.

Southampton manager Mark Hughes is in bullish mood ahead of this one.

"We're a work in progress but for the most part I'm pleased with our general play. Wolves will be a challenge. They’re at home and they’ve got a big crowd who will roar them on.

"But I just sense we’re looking forward to the game.

"If we can go to Anfield and ask questions of a very good Liverpool team, then certainly we can do that to Wolves."

Former Wolves striker Steve Bull on Football Focus:

"There is a massive buzz here. It has opened my eyes. The new owners have come in and put money where their mouth is and they are showing it on the field now.

"I’m looking at top 10 for Wolves. I say give it 10 games to make your predictions, it takes time to get it right. Six games in they are looking a force to be dealt with."
