What a fantastic break by Tottenham! Four passes from their half gets them a goalscoring opportunity but Lamela's touch lets him down. That would have been a brilliant goal.

Despite all of Burnley's good work Tottenham just showed them their quality. This is a game they have to win to stay in the title race.

Despite throwing in that bit of 'jeopardy'.. it's still 0-0.

But Dele Alli was super close to connecting on the end of another delightful Harry Kane ball into the area.

They continue to knock.

Burnley's defence have been brilliant today, so far.

Robbie Brady goes for a spectacular scissor-kick but is penalised for dangerous play.

Spurs take a 'quickie'. Harry Kane spreads the ball wide to Moussa Sissoko as they counter.

The Frenchman spreads it to Erik Lamela in area,but Joe Hart reads the danger like he's reading a book for six year olds and smothers the ball.

Burnley's defence are 'on it' so far. They get as tight on Harry Kane in the area as somebody pressed against a stranger at 8am... on a Monday... on the Circle line.

Kane will have to do some maneuvering to get a shot away.

Lucas Moura, the hero at the Nou Camp the other night, nearly scores another.

The Brazilian is picked out by Erik Lamela's dinked ball into the area, but pokes his effort a width of a ruler wide.

Yet again Burnley do enough to clear the ball from the area.

It travels only as far as the edge of the area where Erik Lamela is lurking, but his strike, like Kane's earlier, is blocked before it can collect air molecules.

The second corner has too much welly on it.

A few seconds later keeper Joe Hart pumps the ball upfield and almost finds Ashley Barnes - that might have been the assist of the season.

Anyway, Burnley earn their first corner too, after the ball comes of Danny Rose.

It eventually falls into the path of Harry Kane, but his attempt at an 18-yard strike travels an inch before it's blocked by a Burnley boot.

I'm sure it would have gone in Harry, mate.
